Chapter 16: Piper Finds Out

(The Next Morning)

(Piper POV)

“Piper? Piper wake up,” Penelope says through our link.

I rub my eyes and try to open them, only to be blinded by sunlight flooding through the window.

“Hmmmm?” I link back.

“Piper, what happened last night?”

My head is pounding, but I try to quickly re-orient myself to where I am and what happened. It takes me a couple of minutes, but then the memories hit me all at once.
