"Be careful in Canada,"she said with a smile.

The sadness in her eyes was obvious and I smiled at what she said. I approached her and gently held her shoulder.

"Thank you so much for taking care of me, Nica. Despite all my sins against you, I know I don't deserve it, but you still chose to take care of me," I smiled at her.

"Despite your sins, I still can't take away what you did to help my mother. You are the reason why I spent more time with my mother. You are the reason why I extended her life. And if we had not met and you didn't marry me, I won't even know my real father,"she said seriously and smiled at me.

"I want you to know that despite the pain you caused. I never regretted meeting and loving you,"she added.

Those moments between us were emotional. I couldn't stop myself from hugging her tightly. I was so grateful for everything she did for me. She was the first woman I ever liked and loved so much. And I didn't either regretted that.
