Running away from the tyrant vampire lord

Erin was almost giving in but she can't leave her mother alone. She promised her she will be home early at night. Erin still has to keep her promise. So she must live! Erin suddenly feels the rush of energy flowing through her body.

Erin pushes Edward who is busy sucking blood from her body. Erin couldn't realize, but her push was very strong. Although Edward isn't less than her. She keeps pushing him and he resists them by all his might. But he's imagining how a normal girl can be this strong?! Even though he's a vampire, he can barely keep up with her.

Edward grabs Erin's hands and lets out his fangs in front of her, showing a scary face and making hissing sounds. But Erin isn't scared of him. She finds an opening while Edward's busy making weird and scary faces. She kicks hard on his chest.

CRACK! Something has broken. It's a loud sound. As if someone has broken their bone. Edward grabs his chest and starts taking deep breaths. He is having a problem with speaking. He lets go of Erin's hands since he's in pain.

Erin moves away from Edward to the corner of the wall by crawling on the floor.  She observes him and realizes that she has a chance to save herself by getting out of here if she runs now.

Erin's trying to get up, but can't since she has lost a lot of blood. She keeps falling on the ground repeatedly in the process of getting up. Edward's struggling to stop her.

Erin almost reaches the door. She was feeling weak, but she is in much better condition now as if she can run. She opens the door to get out. But suddenly a cold hand grabs Erin's right leg which makes her heart jump out in fear.

Erin turns around and sees Edward's holding her leg. OH MY GOD!! He's trying to get up! Erin kicks his hand, but he's holding it so strongly that it's really tough! Edward's face has changed. There's no sign of pain. Though he's still having problems standing up.

Edward has not only sharp fangs but also sharp claws and they're leaving marks on her leg and it's bleeding there. Erin hardly kicks Edward's hands with her heel. It's a perfect hit!! No mercy! Being hit Edward lets go of Erin's leg and looks at her with raging eyes. But something catches his eyes and he can't believe what he's seeing.

Erin's neck is clearly visible in the moonlight and...there's no bite mark on her neck!! Edward's claw marks are also vanishing. He can't believe his own eyes! Edward's sitting on the floor with a stupid look on his face. Erin runs away from his chamber, but he doesn't move a little bit. Rather he is looking at Erin's way and murmurs, " She's a strange one."

Venessa keeps looking at the clock which is ticking on its own pace. However, every ticking sound is making her nervous while she's waiting for Erin in the drawing-room. It's almost 1 am. What's this girl doing? Erin has never been this late before. Although Venessa can understand that she's busy these days. But...she can't let go of her ominous feeling. Mother instincts! They have sensors for dangers.

BANG! BANG! BANG! Somebody's slamming at the door. Venessa jumps out from the couch and runs to get the door. Venessa sees a devastating state of Erin after she opens the door. She can see Erin's upper under-garment through her unbuttoned shirt.

Erin's looking tired. She is barefoot and her long hair is all damaged! Altogether her situation is pretty bad now as if Erin has fought with someone to her death. Well, she did though and doesn't even know how she got home!. She just had in mind that she needed to see her mother's face. Maybe she lost her heels on the way. Also, she has left her bag and phone on her office desk.

Venessa brings Erin inside, holding her tightly into her arms. Erin's moving like a drunken woman. Venessa makes her comfortable on the couch and gives her a glass of water to calm her first. Erin's hands are still shaking.

Venessa has a lot of questions in her head that she wants to ask from Erin. But she's in much more pain looking at daughter's pale face. She keeps patting Erin's back.

Erin calms down a bit after a while. Venessa holds her hands and sits beside her, " What happened, dear? Tell me everything. Who did this to you?", she asks Erin in a soft voice.

Erin gets scared hearing the question. Fear is shadowing them and there are tears in her eyes. " You...you won't believe, mom! He...he tried to....blood! There was BLOOD!! He..." Erin's voice is unstable and it's quite rough!

"Okay, sweety. Calm down! Calm down first! Talk slowly. You're safe at home and nobody's going to harm you here." Venessa tries to calm Erin.

Erin looks at her mother and bursts out into a cry, " I missed you mom! I missed you so much!" Venessa can't hold her tears anymore and she hugs her daughter tightly. Who knows what happened to her lovely Erin?! Venessa gives her a kiss on the forehead. Erin also hugs her mother in returns.

Erin tells her mother everything after she comes back to her senses properly. Venessa couldn't believe what she was hearing. Erin tells her about Edward and what he did to her. Her mother realizes that her daughter was fighting against the death himself! She was shaking the whole time imagining her daughter almost dying.

After hearing what happened, Venessa murmurs, " How can this happen? I left everything behind, then why can't I get out of it?"

Erin's unable to understand what her mother is saying, but she can guess that she's hiding something from her. " What're you hiding from me, mom? ".

"Huh?! What?" Venessa turns to Erin in surprise and avoids her question. "Nothing. You don't have to worry about me. Get some sleep for now. We will file a complaint against your boss tomorrow. Rest, for now, sweetheart. We will get out of this problem together. Don't worry. I'm with you! "

Venessa keeps brushing Erin's rough hair with her fingers. Erin looks at her mother and lets go of the thought she had for a moment. She wants to stay like this for a bit.

Today's incident has left a scar in her memories! Maybe she can never forget about it.

RING! RING! RING! Kevin's peaceful slumber gets destroyed by the sound of his phone's ringtone. He wakes up from his bed and looks at the screen, it's his boss, Edward! He is the very last person Kevin wants to talk with now. Is he an idiot who doesn't even know when to call a person?

But Kevin doesn't have the courage to make this monster angry. So he receives the call half-heartedly, "Hello, sir! Is there any problem that you needed to call me at this hour?"

" There's a girl in our office who was wearing a loose white shirt and a black tight skirt. Her hair is long. Fair skin and big black eyes. She looks cute. Small in size. Find every detail on her. I want her present in my chamber tomorrow when I go to the office, get it?", says Edward without even apologizing to Kevin for waking him up at this late!

This is ridiculous, There's a lot of girls who are fair and cute. And also have long hair and puppy eyes. They wear shirts and short skirts. How can he detect someone with some nonsensical pieces of information on his hand?

Though Kevin's irritated now, he asks Edward gently, " Can you please explain why you need to find this person suddenly? I can't find someone if you just give me this information. And why do I need to find someone from the office? Did something happen? ".

"Don't ask stupid questions now. Find her anyhow. She disturbed me! So, find her and bring her to me. She must be present in my office when I get there!" Edward disconnects the call.

"I hate this man. Ordering me around as if I'm his servant! only if I were a vampire myself, I could've faced him by myself." Kevin badmouths Edward for a while and then lies down on the bed. He's wondering how to find this girl tomorrow morning.

Did he miss something? If Kevin knows perfectly, Edward was with a girl. Well...to say specifically, he was having her as his dinner. But Kevin doesn't remember her having the features Edward mentioned. Then who can it be?

"Ugh!! I can't think anymore. This tyrant vampire lord's out of my control. Please, God! Please! HELP ME!!!" Kevin's shouting. The neighbourhood dog starts barking after his shout.

Kevin wants to run away from him. He isn't alone though! Erin has joined the list tonight. The days coming forward are going to be fun.
