Chapter 4

Crystal chandelier gave off dazzling light and the air was silent and cold.

Winter knelt upright in the cold living room and looked at the front with lax eyes.

Suddenly a delicate voice came from upstairs

  \"That\'s it, a little deeper. So amazing\"

  \"Mason, no more. \"

The woman\'s voice was filled with endless ambiguous temptation, like a knife, slashing at Winter\'s heart.

It didn’t take much to know, that with such voices, such ambiguous tone, even a fool would know what’s going on upstairs.

She married Mason for three years, and he resisted ever touching her all the time, but he found Hellen for three days, and they did it in such a dignified way, shouting so loudly in front of her.

They were so happy upstairs, while her legal wife is kneeling in the cold living room, waiting for the final verdict.

Heart twitching pain, digging deeper, undoubtedly an unparalleled pain.

But she could do nothing but kneel so humbly. Mason said that as long as she kneels for 12 hours, he would forgive her father.

In order to prevent her father from going to prison, she gave up!

After a night\'s heavy snow, the ground was white outside, and the cold air came from all directions.

In order to punish her, Mason did not allow her to turn on the heating, Winter knelt on the ground wearing only thin clothes, her face was blue, and her body shivering.

The mental torture and physical torture made Winter want to die, but she couldn\'t die. She wanted to save her father and her whole family.

It was a cold, lonely, long night

As twilight came, the sound of footsteps came slowly from upstairs. Winter raised her swollen eyes and looked at the second floor.

A tall figure appeared at the stairway. She didn\'t sleep all night. She knelt in the cold living room all night. Her consciousness was a little vague. If she hadn\'t hold her breath, she would have fainted long ago.

Seeing the figure of the man, Winter almost believe to have seen a savior. She said eagerly, \"Mason, let my father go, please!\"

Her voice was so rough that Winter didn\'t think it was her own.

The man didn\'t speak, only the footsteps came slowly from the stairs. After a long time, he came towards Winter. His voice was cold and clear, not a single wave of emotion could be heard. \"How long have you been kneeling? Well?”

\"Twelve hours, Mason, you promised me that you would let my father go after kneeling for 12 hours.\"

\"Ha ha!\" The man chuckled. His laughter had no warmth. It sounded very cold. \"Winter, you made a mistake. What I said last night was that I would forgive your father after kneeling for 12 hours, but I never said I would let him go!\"

His indifferent voice made Winter\'s heart twitch together. She raised her puffy eyes and looked at the extremely handsome man in front of her. With a hoarse voice, she begged, \"Mason, I\'m wrong. Please, please let my father go! I beg you!”

\"Please? So Winter can also beg? Don’t you feel anything at this moment? \" The man slightly lowered his head, stretched out two fingers to hold up her chin, \"What did you do to Hellen during those years, it should be very clear in your heart, right? Well?”

He burst out that word with a murderous air.

Winter lowered her eyes. She didn\'t know why Mason said that. She asked herself that she had never offended Hellen and never felt sorry for her.

Winter wanted to explain, but when she came into contact with Mason\'s indifferent eyes, she coulf only swallow her words.

She is a person who’s asking for help. She wasn’t a fool. She always knows that the person who asks for help is always the most humble.

In order not to make Mason angry, she couldn\'t tell it. She trembled and begged with the most humble gesture and voice, \"Mason, I\'m sorry! I was wrong! It\'s all my fault. I can do whatever you want. Just let my dad go! \"

\"That\'s how Hellen knelt at your door and begged you to let her father go. Did you let him go?\" Mason looked at her with a cold smile, \"No? Since you didn\'t do anything in the first place, how dare you ask me? \"

\"Not like that. It\'s not like that. \"

The accident of Hellen Liang’s family has nothing to do with the Tang family. The Liang family is involved too much when there was even no contact between the Tang family and the Liang family. Naturally, there is no reason to go into muddy water to help Hellen Liang. So when she went to ask Winter\'s father, he refused.

\"Mason!\" Winter\'s explanation hasn\'t been uttered yet, and a delicate voice that sounded like water.

Hellen came down from the second floor in her pajamas.
