The ride of thirty minutes to Midwood High School was the most awkward ride ever of my life. Carolina kept on stealing glances at me from her peripheral vision and I tightened my hold around the steering wheel. I feared one of these days I might brutually hurt her which is the last thing I want to do in my waking life. She tried to open her mouth to blabber gibberish but I showed my hand pausing her midway and all I heard was a distressed heavy breathing sound.
