Chapter 19: Why isn’t anything easy?

Camping was fun. Especially my shower with Traeger. I’m glad to get back at the house, though. The fridge was empty, so everyone decided to go to the market. I bowed out because I couldn’t handle another minute with the little devils. They were driving me crazy. I thought my mom would argue, but she didn’t. I guess she understands that Jesse and Ricky can be quite the handful. Throughout the day, I keep reaching for my phone, then remember that Traeger has it. After what he told me about the Institute, I worry about what will happen to him and his pack. Ever since he told me what he is, I’ve felt like I’m in the middle of a science fiction novel.
When I get to my bedroom, I lay my bag on the floor and throw myself on the bed. I’m still a little sore from the night before. Making love with Traeger was amazing. I had never felt so needy in my life. I miss him so much right now. I wish he were here. I touch the mark

Chapter 26: Next StepTraegerIt doesn’t take long to get to the Institute. We park a few miles down, making sure we’re not spotted. A few miles ago, we turned off all the lights in our vehicles and drove in the dark. One of the upsides of being Supernatural is that we have excellent night vision. There are still Lycans out looking for me. Unfortunately for the doctors, the Lycans are not reporting that they’ve seen us. JelenaIt has been a while since I last saw Traeger. I miss him so much. After I was “rescued” from the forest. I was taken to a hospital to have myself checked over. They asked me a lot of questions. Especially how I survived. I told them that I had taken a water bottle and a few protein bars. Which was made valid when Traeger left a few empty bottles and wrappers. He also placed my swim bag in the spot to prove that I carried water and protein bars for a walk. Thankfully, the police didn’t find the bag in my house, because I had left it at the campsite by mistake.
