Chapter 20: Take action
Traeger
Mathias, Council’s head, steps out of a large black vehicle with some of his men. All of the men are tall and imposing in their black fatigues, t-shirts, and combat boots. Apparently, Mathias is an angel. I don’t know why I’m shocked, but I’ve only ever seen other Lycans. However, part of our education consisted of learning about other supernatural beings and their weaknesses. The angel is definitely imposing. We’re about the same height, but where I’m dark, he’s light. He has auburn hair and gold eyes.

Chapter 26: Next StepTraegerIt doesn’t take long to get to the Institute. We park a few miles down, making sure we’re not spotted. A few miles ago, we turned off all the lights in our vehicles and drove in the dark. One of the upsides of being Supernatural is that we have excellent night vision. There are still Lycans out looking for me. Unfortunately for the doctors, the Lycans are not reporting that they’ve seen us. They still assume that my men are under the control of the receptors.I send a telepathic message to the Lycans in the Institute. Letting them know that we are here. JelenaIt has been a while since I last saw Traeger. I miss him so much. After I was “rescued” from the forest. I was taken to a hospital to have myself checked over. They asked me a lot of questions. Especially how I survived. I told them that I had taken a water bottle and a few protein bars. Which was made valid when Traeger left a few empty bottles and wrappers. He also placed my swim bag in the spot to prove that I carried water and protein bars for a walk. Over the past couple of months, I’ve been teaching Traeger about everyday things. The best part was when Mikhail invited him to his house to play Xbox.
