[|]Because I was in a new place and was used to waking up early, I was up at five in the morning and ready for the day. The house was still a bit dark even though I could see the sun setting a little bit in the dark blue sky. Most importantly, I was comfy in the big bed with thick blankets over my body. I had barely rested since I started cleaning the whole house which made me wonder what type of people he lived with and how he lived through so much dirt. Clark was not home when I finished and he was not picking his calls. He had multiple documents around him which made me wonder whether he still had school work or something else. We had barely said a word to each other last night after the elevator incident. [|]When I got back, I felt more comfortable because I was alone so I raced to the kitchen and grabbed a bag of chips and Coke. I dropped my snacks in the living room and changed into an oversized cartoon print shirt and loose pants. I sat down on the couch facing the TV and picked up my snacks with a smile on my face.As I turned on the television, the front door opened, scaring me. Lucas walked in, taking off his jacket.
