Austin's tone abruptly changed when he said, "Do you remember Vincent killing Zayne at the wedding?"

"Yeah." Terror flashed across Cecily's pretty face. "His face was terrifying. No one would've been able to stop him if it weren't for you taking action."

Austin smiled bitterly at the thought. "That's why I asked him to join me to take revenge. He claims that he's climbed out from that hellhole called his past, yet all along, he's been trying to hide his rage and hatred behind his smiles."
