So, the council was looking for me? Only me? If that were the case, they probably knew nothing about my sisters’ existences. Otherwise, why else would she just state that they were looking for me? I needed to find out more about this and possibly warn the others.

“The council is looking for me?” I asked her.

“Sweetie, you’re like a ticking time bomb in the council’s eyes. You should be happy they’re not raising hell on earth to find you,” Tiana grumbled weakly.

“Just me?” I further probed.
