Mia held her breath as she stumbled out of her boss office, aware of her appearance. She took her bag and threw the jacket over her shoulders, desperately trying to button it with her fingers that were also shaking. Her thighs were still sticky and damp as she had slid those pants on and marched out of his office with arrogance.
Fortunately for her, Damon hadn't left yet, probably still standing in his office with a frown on his face at the way she behaved. No, she didn't even want to think about it, too busy staring at the elevator in front of her.
She hoped that it would arrive before she had to see her boss again. Just thinking about his reaction made her shiver.
Mia was trying not to think about what had happened, not until she left. She had let him eat her out, which also happened to be the most amazing orgasm of her life, and then left him with the worst case of blue balls a guy could have. If it were someone else's life, she would be celebrating and laughing a lot. Too bad it wasn't.
Just then, the elevator doors opened, making a loud ding sound. Cursing under her breath, she shuffled in quickly and pressed the button. Mia focused in utter concentration, watching as each floor passed before her eyes. How she managed to get down without screaming to herself was something she will never understand.
Storming straight through the cafeteria, she opened the metal door that led to empty store room and leaned against the wall, panting. What just happened? Mia took a breath and put her hands over her mouth. What was wrong with her?
Stunned, she dragged her body over the wall and up a few flights of stairs to the nearest bathroom. Mia glanced to make sure there was no one there before closing the door. As soon as she approached the mirror, a shiver ran down her spine.
The person staring back at her seemed so red in the face. So red. She turned on the water tap to drown the thoughts swirling in her mind. Leaning forward, she inspected herself. Her lips were swollen, her hair messy and sticking to the side of her face like she had run a marathon. In a way, she did rush four flights of stairs. Mia's shirt was rumpled, and the buttons messily pulled together.
"Fuck" She cursed as her hands went down to her pants.
Her boss had her panties in his pocket. There was no way she was going back to get that flimsy material from him. Not when he's furious.
Shaking her head, she scrubbed her face with her hands, slightly trembling with each moment. Mia made a huge mess. There are only two ways this can go. Either Damon will forget about her wicked behaviour or fire her. Now was not the time to find out about it.
The more she thought about, the earlier incident, the more Mia wanted the ground to swallow her up. Why did she not stop him? Right! She cursed under her breath. The moment she saw him in that suit, dark grey fitted around his body like his second skin, she lost it. Also, it didn't help the way he was staring at her. As soon as his breath fell on her face, Mia felt putty in his hands.
That was not a good thing. How could she face him without imagining him naked? Okay, well, not naked in itself. Technically, She hadn't seen him completely naked yet, but what she had seen was enough to give her a shiver all over her body.
Not yet. Why did she use that word? It's not like there will be any more of those kinds of incidents. She simply won't let it go that far.
Or maybe she can quit. Mia thought about it for a moment, but she didn't like that option very much.
She loved her job, and Damon might have been the biggest asshole in the world, but she had been able to handle it for six months and - except for the last few hours - she knew how to control it like no one else. And as much as she hated to admit it, Damon Rossi was a true genius. There were times when he's intensely impatient and at the same time obsessed with perfection; he expected everyone from the same standard that he maintained for himself and accepted nothing less than the best of each individual. Despite all that he knew what he's doing and for that, she always admired him.
Mia had to admit that she always liked his expectation of working harder to get better results. She needed that internship certification letter from him as well, and without it, she won't get her degree so that one won't work.

The next morning, Mia was sitting with Jane as much as she's dying to tell her best friend about the previous day incident involving Damon she chose to remain silent. Very difficult task for someone who loved to talk. Mostly about her life.
As they were sipping their coffees in the office cafeteria, the front cover caught Mia's eye. Without waiting, she immediately snatched the magazine away from her friend.
"Hey!" Jane made a sound. "Get your own"
Mia held her index finger up, focused on reading the headline.
"Damon Rossi Spotted with Former Rumoured Beau for a Romantic Walk Through the City"
That wasn't the first time that Mia had seen her employer on the cover of a trashy gossip magazine written to exploit the famous. Still, the thing that made her shake with inexplicable rage was the photo they have splashed over the cover. Her blood boiled the more she focused on it.
Her boss face was lit up with the flashes of what seemed like multiple cameras. Along with him, a tall skinny blonde was wrapped at his side, her chin held high, and an arrogant grin swallowing her cheeks. Like she's proud to be merely parading with one of the most eligible bachelors in New York. Mia didn't even bother to read the entire article on page 12.
Mia quickly put down the magazine in a quiet fit of aggression. It's wrong, so so wrong. How can he be pictured with another girl the same day as...never mind. At least she got a nice reality check. Damon was her boss and nothing else. She should stop having fantasies about him and focus on her work.
"What's going on?" Jane raised her brow.
"Nothing...I am fine" She lied and downed the entire coffee.

Feeling a new breeze of determination, Mia marched confidently to her office. On her way, she got a stinky eye from her enemy, but she simply didn't care. She quickly grabbed the coffee from the break room because there's no way she can get through her day without another one.
As soon as she slid in her office, her eyes went Go Damon's office. His door was closed, and there was no noise inside. Maybe he was gone. Only if she was lucky enough, rolling her eyes, she plopped in her chair and started working. The last thing she wanted to do was come face to face with him, but since Mia didn't intend to resign, at some point, she would have to face her boss.
Looking down at his schedule for the day, Mia realised that Damon would have a presentation for the other executives. A shudder racked through her when she realised that this meant she would have to speak to him later that day to prepare the material. He also had a convention the following month, which meant that Mia would not only have to stay at the same hotel as him but also on the plane, in the company car and at any meeting that came up. That's convenient. Not.
For the next hour, Mia kept looking at his office door from time to time. Her stomach started to turn with each passing breath. This is ridiculous! She thought to herself, trying to focus on her work. What was wrong with her? She shut the file that she was trying to read without success and put her head down when she heard the door open.
Damon walked out his face blank. "Miss Grace follow me to my office."
She silently followed him, almost surprised at his calm demeanour.
"Can you explain what the fuck is this?" He made a furious noise, pointing at the receipt in his hand.
"What does that look like? It's a receipt" She deadpanned.
"I know that," Damon growled, as he handed her the paper. "Why are you buying clothes with the company card?"
Mia refused to blush. She was so furious at him that she purchased a brand new set of panties from the mall. The twenty-five-year-old snorted, leaning back and daringly meeting his eyes. "I bought an underwear because you took mine."

What do you think of the chapters so far?
/A few months later/Mia woke up with the sun rays in her eyes and her entire body feeling wrung out, sore all over. She contemplated rolling over and going back to sleep, because, her limbs ached all over. All thanks to the person sleeping next to her. Staring at the small alarm clock on her bedside, the assistant was able to conclude its noon and that she's only had a good five hours or so.She was wrapped around Damon, who was snoring peacefully into the nape of her neck.Turning over in his arms, she studied the curve of his mouth, set in a faint pout, the tiny crease between his brows that suggested he's fighting the pull of waking up. If Mia's mouth didn't taste like bitter grapes, she'd kiss him until they're both sleepy and loose with it, would get her mouth on him, slowly and languidly, all the time in the world, with neither of them having anywhere to be for the rest of the weekend.Just star
/HIS POV/Mia was grinding on him. Pressing her body against him sensually. It turned him on. At least enough people were dancing in the room that they're somewhat shielded from close inspection. Marginally. Even though stupid fucking Jake seemed to be staring at Damon, but he's getting kind of used to that. Whatever. He was enjoying it, embracing it with all his heart. He let Mia tip her head back, falling on his shoulder, while his eyes drifted to seek out Jakes gaze. Deliberately, he pressed himself into the grinding. The CEO didn't want to invite him in the first place, but Mia insisted they make it right and also they were friends now.The platinum blonde guy twisted his mouth and turned away.Damon wanted to laugh, wanted to throw his hands in the air. Instead, he twirled Mia in the circle of his arms and gave her a slow, lazy grin. She grinned back, her hair clinging
Mia couldn't believe it. She froze mid-sentence, interrupting a story about her messing up with Jane's hair dye and accidentally adding violet colour. That was years ago, and they laughed about it alright more like Mia laughed while her friend could stop screaming at the mirror. It was hilarious at that time. They are all over it."That's..." The assistant trailed off as she stared at the person she admired a lot—her idol."Noah Parker," Damon supplied brightly, an amused quirk to his lips. "And his wife Melon, if I remember correctly. Let's go say hello, shall we?"Or maybe it's time for Mia to hide in the bathroom and scream instead of welcoming the guests while drunk out of one's mind. In her defence she’s happy and never thought that in a corporate party she would be able to meet Noah Parker who happened to be an A list actor. And man of her dreams. Who invited him?
Mia went back to Damon's place. She couldn't withstand knowing that he's upset with her. Also, the assistant missed not being with him. The last two days were agonising trying to think about the every moment she wanted to hate him. There weren't many to start with. By the end of the first day, she's exhausted and just wanted to forget about it. Hence the lunch date with Jake. He's not at his place. Her boss would never make it easy for her. Mia drove back to work, trying not to scream in the void of the car.The assistant knocked on the door very well seeing the stiletto of her boss through the tinted glass door. Damon tilted his head and motioned her to come into his office. Taking a deep breath, she pushed at the door and stepped in. The CEO was not looking pleased."Hope you had an amazing lunch date with that douche," He muttered in a low voice, once she was in earshot."What wa
When her doorbell rang, she knew. Somehow in the middle of brushing her hair in front of the vanity mirror, Mia knew that its Damon on the other side of the door. The thought caused her to breathe deeply and freeze in her spot until the next one rang more urgent and loud. Keeping the hairbrush on the table, she rushed towards the door, her heart in her throat the entire way. Why was he here? What did he want now? There was no way Mia wanted to see him after what he did. Where was her friend when she needed her? Maybe she should have asked Jane to stay over. With hesitant breaths she opened the door and wanted absolutely nothing more than to jump into
Mia called a cab. She couldn't drive back anymore, suddenly feeling numb all over. The assistant couldn't believe this was happening to her. And all that within a day of getting back from Los Angeles. What about all those promises Damon made to her? Did they mean nothing? Her voice modulated from tears during the call; thankfully, nobody on the other end said anything. When it arrived, she hurriedly slid into the backseat and nodded to the driver. When the car started, the assistant broke down in tears and started crying. Silent, heavy tears weighed down by the incident she noticed just ten minutes before. It was done. She let Damon go. She'd never ha
