The resort, which was situated in a breathtaking area, was easily accessible by car, and I was able to get there on my own. After passing through the gate, the road opened up into a vast field that featured rows upon rows of cabins that were arranged in clusters around a central pool area. The road that led up to the gate was flanked on both sides by trees, but after passing through the gate, it opened up into a completely different landscape. People who wanted to get more exercise had a variety of options available to them, including horseshoe pits, volleyball nets, and tennis courts that were spread out across the grounds. It was something you might see at a campground or RV park, except there were no RVs here; instead, there were just people enjoying themselves outside in the warm sun.
