“What… What is it?” I stammered.

“Um!” scratching the corner of his forehead, he mumbled, “That can wait for a while. First tell me, are you taking part in anything?”

“Taking part?” I knitted my brows, not comprehending him.

“I mean at an event. Are you taking part?”

“She is not. We have decided to be in the audience,” suddenly Tarry pulled me aside and said, before I could say anything.

“Why are you not taking part in anything? Seeing your friend dancing, I thought you were going along with her,” he said, and pressed his lips against his teeth.

“Nop, I don’t know anything about dance. I can’t get even one move properly and end up making Kristen mad. So, it is better I stay back. Besides, my mom will not allow me to dance since I am recovering from my illness.”

“Hmm!” Aster rubbed his chin and after some time of silence, he asked, “What about ramp walk? Will she allow you to do that?”

Widening my eyes, I declined sharply, “God, ramp walk? You must be kidding me.”
