Chapter 27

Alex got out of the car as soon as he parked at the doorway and shook hands with Adam before coming around to open Isabella's door.

“Isabella, Gracie,” Adam greeted in his usual charismatic way. Like Alex, he was wearing shorts and a polo T-shirt and Isabella decided that he looked much younger but even more handsome and physically more imposing. “Come inside and say hello to my mother she is waiting in the lounge. Then after that, I will give you a quick tour of the hotel if you are interested?”

“I am going to see it as  I have heard that you have made a lot of changes to it,” Gracie said excitedly. “And the outside lawn looked so marvelous that I have forgotten that this place could look so beautiful. We had been a frequent visitor of this place till the old Duke died but after he died they shut down the hotel and it was no longer allowed for the outsiders.”
