Lionel wondered if Adrian agreed to it because he'd been a fantastic host tonight. He had indeed hosted them with the utmost sincerity, but he got the feeling that Adrian wasn't someone who'd be convinced by such a minor gesture.

Smiling, Adrian looked at Stephanie again. "I'm doing it because she's very happy right now."

Following Adrian's gaze, Lionel found that Stephanie was smiling widely after hearing something Phoebe said.
