I woke in the morning to find Peter had prepared breakfast and was gone. I was surprised but happy about the gesture. Peter has been the best over the two years that we worked together. He cared for me like his sister, but sometimes I find the gesture too suggestive.

I didn't feel like going to work that day, but I had to. I got a big client in West City that needed our services on a big event. I read it as an engagement party in the next two weeks. I didn't want to go into too many details and would leave such things to Peter.

Peter was good at that. I only needed to sit in my office and attend a part of the preparation, and that was it? Today I just felt like sleeping in.

 I felt like not working. I had no motivation to work hard. I could not sleep the previous night thinking about James.

Peter called me around 10:00am. I had gone back inside to nap and ended up sleeping for the next three hours.
