Lahat ng Kabanata ng Hunters: The Prequel: Kabanata 701 - Kabanata 710

"It is done," Frederick muttered as he looked down on the battered body of General Siwa. The beautiful figure that had caused he and his companions so much headache at the beginning was barely recognisable; in fact, it was difficult to describe the meat patty that was mixed into the soil below as a body; it was more like a fertiliser now.The soul of the imposter heralding as the True Goddess had been destroyed by his mighty hammer. His hammer had forged the truth out of a lie several hundreds of milllenia old. "I cannot believe that one so arrogant was able to deceive the universe that she was the True Goddess. Even more unbelievable is that she has people following her, thinking that she speaks the truth." Frederick frowned as the thought of several people following after the wrong person caused his stomach to churn painfully. The real True Goddess was too kind to build an army. That should have been enough to reveal the imposter to those who followed her. Alas, people always jumpe

Zandor stood outside the hut that had been his home the past million years. He had stepped outside to allow Legion and Frederick to bond privately. Legion was unaware of his true status yet, and it was going to take some time for him to regain his memories; however, Zandor hoped that befriending Frederick - who was Legion's best friend in the past - would help him regain his memories. After all, Legion had had his second Awakening, but his memories didn't come with them. It was going to take much more than a regular power boost to return the Alchemy God of the past to the present."The energy in Zandor is dense enough, and the clouds have shifted. The war is nowhere near being over. The Guardians must awaken as quickly as possible. That would be the only way to save Zandor; that is our only road of redemption."Zandor sighed as he gazed into the sky. The noiseless sky and quiet atmosphere was deceiving, but Zandor wasn't one blessed with naivety. He was the very soul of this planet, a

Indra's expression was firm. The lightning that coiled around him grew thicker, and though this was the infinite space, clouds began to form all around him!"Domain: Thunderous Judgement"Indra muttered softly as his power grew stronger. This was Indra's strongest state! This was Indra being serious! This was the lightning god's true power! His true power was no joke, and it showed how seriously he took Medusa. The warriors behind Snake Eyes had their eyes wide open upon sensing the unbridled aura of the young god of lightning. "He wasn't being serious before!" they realised, and were forced to out up their defenses in order to avoid getting hurt by the young god's aura!"Yummy," Medusa liked her lips lustfully as she too brought her power to the maximum. Although she didn't seem to regard Indra seriously, this was just her personality. She wasn't playing around, and this was symbolised by the fact that she had activated her own domain."Domain: House of Snakes"*Roar*A several hund

As Indra's threatening force approached Medusa, she growled unhappily and commanded several snakes to stand in her way while making a hasty retreat. Several humongous snakes quickly intercepted Indra's charge, placing their mistress's life before theirs. Unfortunately for these snakes, their sizes mattered little to Indra."I have killed snakes who have even attained Godhood, much less mere mindless beasts," Indra snorted coldly as the power of his Breath, Spear of Lightning, grew even stronger. The snakes Medusa had summoned were all Ascenders, but they were mindless beasts. Usually an animal with such power should have sentience and be capable of even changing form, but Medusa's snakes had long lost their will. Although they had great power, they didn't have the minds to harness it. Hence, their combat strength had reduced by at least half. To bring such beasts before Indra was asking them to sacrifice their lives for a few seconds of reprieve; and that was exactly what happened.*B

Reinlief led Atlas to a room that was hidden from the noise of the underground cave. This room was something like a relief center, albeit a fairly simple one. It had a bed at one corner, and a table with two chairs at its center. There were no windows, but the place was as cold as a frozen lake; however, neither Reinlief nor Atlas seemed bothered by the extreme temperature. This was Reinlief's room. The two sat facing each other, with several jugs of mead before them. They drunk like camels, and didn't seem to have a limit to their alcohol capacity, for they just kept on going."Why didn't you let us know that you were coming?" Reinlief chugged a full jug of mead before ruthlessly slamming the empty container onto the table, an action that ellicited a small tremor in the earth. However, the table which received the brunt of Reinlief's force was unharmed; neither was the jug."Well, it isn't exactly easy to reach you these days," Atlas chuckled as he gulped down mead from the huge mug
