Her eyes went to the two glasses he held in his hands filled with wine. She remembered how he used to bring white wine for her to drink as it was the only alcohol she could drink without making a yucky face. And then her mind automatically slipped back to that day as well when she had gotten drunk on this same white wine when he had gotten engaged to someone else in front of her without any remorse and then refused to separate from her, all in the name of protecting Bella.
