Lahat ng Kabanata ng REBIRTH: This time I will be a Witch!: Kabanata 201 - Kabanata 210

Just as when Audrey was starting to lose hope about the situation, out at the corner of her eyes, she caught sight of a thing that might possibly turned the table and saved them in this precarious situation. Among the branches of the overlapping trees, that coincidentally hang just above the beast's head, there seems to be a hornet's nest resting ever so quietly."Jace!!! You still had a dagger with you right??""Yes! Why?!!!!""Do you see that nest over there???!!! Go ahead and shoot it. If there is something residing inside that nest, then let us wish that it will be enough to drive the beast away!"Audrey pointed out to the direction of the nest. Jace nodded his head when he understands what was Audrey was planning to do."Alright!!!"Jace shouted back. They have to shout in order for them to hear one another. The furious growl of the beast as well Nika's high pitch scream was too much of a nuisance in their conversation. Wh

Audrey, on the other hand, was also doing her share. Sensing some movement coming from her blind spot, she did a sudden twist on her body as her right hand tried to grab something from her back. When her hand lands on something, she holds it tight and threw it forcefully on the ground. The warlocks who were trying to attack her from her back were caught off guard and were thrown straight on the dirt. The other party's face landed first, and it planted on the dirt.Due to the impact, some of his teeth were knocked out of his mouth causing him to spit blood on the ground as he stands once more. The young warlock tried to get back and as soon as he regained his footing, he tried to prepare himself for an exchange of fists. However, when he raised his head to look at his opponent he saw a shadow coming straight to his face. Before the sight of a leg could even register to his mind, the warlock was already sent flying with Audrey's kick. The sound of a kick sinking o

Gathering all her courage, she stops resisting and let the vines to make its way all over her body. Soon, the vines block her view as it also covered her face. Nika just closed her eyes and surrender to her fate.'Andrew is right, I trust his words... It is not the time for me to panic. He cares for me. I should not make him worry.'She keeps on repeating this same thought in her mind. Like an audio cassette played in a loop, Nika let Andrew's words to keep running on her mind. On the other hand, watching how Nika's body becomes completely swallowed by the tree, the group stood unmoving on the spot. They, as well, held their breath as they wish Nika can make it. They do want to help, but they know that there is nothing they can do. They will just worsen the situation if they will try to forcefully barge in and interfere. Only Nika could save herself."The school management is supervising this game right?

"Nika, it seems that we are on opposing sides right now. I hope that you won't take it personally later once we defeated you."Selene was obviously part of this group. In fact, she seems to be the de facto leader of this school belles. It was she who spoke those provoking words."I bet Nika was having fun since she was able to join the best warlock group."Another sorceress butted in as she simpered. Her smile was too forced that it was not hard to notice how fake her smile was. The corner of the other sorceresses' mouth quirked up as they listened on the sidelines. Normally, if this was on the other occasions Nika will have her head held high with her nose sticking on the air. Her disposition will not pale in comparison even when placed next to this school belles. But due to her sorry appearance because of being trapped by the strangler vines in the cursed forest, her usual bewitching posture matched with her disposition of a femme fatale seems aw

However,  just as when Audrey was about to reach out to Selene to take its token, Selene did a sudden somersault and attack Audrey. This caught the other party off guard for a second. Nonetheless, Audrey still managed to dodge the sneak attack coming from Selene. It seems that Selene has still a remaining strength within her and she was just feigning weakness and was bidding her time to get close to Audrey to launch her attack. Audrey was dragged into a fight and from the looks of it, it seems that Selene had the upper hand. Compare to Audrey who was just moving by her instinct, Selene appears to be more adept when it comes to fighting. This shows how properly trained she was in this aspect. Despite having a sword in hand, Selene was still able to overpower Audrey. As Audrey was not well versed in using a sword, Selene was able to make use of this to her advantage. She managed to snatch Audrey's sword and use the same sword to harm Audrey. She made h
