CHAPTER 31. Raine drove her married friend Vivian to a private clinic—she couldn't go to the hospital because she wants her husband to find out in a special way—and the ride there was mostly ecstatic. Vivian still felt like it was a dream. After two years, she's pregnant again for her husband. At the private clinic, the doctor medically confirmed that she was six weeks pregnant.   CHAPTER 33. Raine knew she'd done what she shouldn't have even before she kissed his lips and raised her head slightly to look at Dane. The shock on Dane's face was apparent.  "I... Uhm... Erm.." She stammered out. She didn't know what to say.  Dane raised his head from the bed and rose to seat on it, the headache forgotten and stared at Raine. Her cheeks had turned deep shades of red, yet it didn't stop her from drawing closer to him and dipping her head to kiss—peck—him on the lips. Again.  "Don't," Dane managed before she grabbed his face, and pressed their lips together. Dane was stronger and bigger than her. He could easily push her away. He could have stopped the peck. And yet, he couldn’t.  Raine's lips were very soft and plump—and Raine's. His Raine's. Dane couldn’t resist.

 CHAPTER 35. Cynthia woke up the next morning with a big smile on her face. Gabe was still sleeping beside her. She took a few seconds to stare at him blatantly without being caught.  Last night has been the best of her life. Gabe was very insatiable and she really wasn't surprised, the man had had a lot of women in his life.  She got up from bed, wincing as some muscles in her body protested. With a smile on her face and headed for the bathroom. She took her bathe and dressed in a simple sundress. Then, she headed for the kitchen where she made a simple breakfast.  She was still serving it in the dinning table when she heard a noise in the room. She pulled away from Raine's arms to hug Dane too.  "Congratulations, Vivian. Your husband told me all about it." Dane's deep voice rumbled against her shoulder.  "Thanks Dane. Please do come in the both of you." Vivian said, leading them away from the centre of the living room to the place they'll sit. She noticed the way the family members were staring openingly and curiously at them and glared at them all. "Don't mind the stares, I'm sure they didn't mean to be rude." ************ CHAPTER 39. Serena was still cleaning up her apartment when the door opened and Joshua entered. She barely stopped herself from hissing. She didn't want to see Joshua—at least not after a long journey where she's so tired and needs rest.  She'd gone home to visit her family and also get more money from home.
