"Hmmm!" I mumbled incoherently as I turned to the side of the bed and stretched my hand. My hand hit something hard as I patted it lightly before shooting my eyes open to see Lucas staring at me with a bright smile on his face while my hand was on his chest. "Good morning sunshine," He greeted Leaning closer to me as he kissed my lips dearly. "Good morning" I smiled snuggling closer to him as I pressed my head on his chest. He patted my hair as we both entangled our hands together with the duvet covering our naked bodies. Memories of yesterday came flashing into my head and I couldn't help but grin crazily. That is something I would never forget in my life... I loved every aspect of how he handled my body like I was some sort of Goddess. This wasn't any sex but lovemaking. "How do you feel about yesterday?" He asked s

Days and weeks rolled by and I was happy that we finally finished this term exam. Christmas was fast approaching and today being so cold, I and Lucas walked into the city with our hands clasped together. Putting on a thick coat with scarfs wrapped around our necks we walked among the crowds. New York is such a lively place to be as we strolled along the High line and down to soho where we had a local meal at Miss Lilly's. We talked and laughed walking hand in hand after leaving Miss Lilly's restaurant. We kept on walking gazing at the malls and shops already decorated in preparation for Christmas. Kids ran in the street happily with balloons in their hands or a stick of sweet. "Is your legs weary?" Lucas asked as we strutted the street. "Nope!" I smiled wrapping my booth hands around his left arm, clinging to him as he brought his right t

LUCAS'S POV. I watched Camilla tiptoe on the rink and prepared the precise skating position I told her to keep. We both went out ice skating in one of the popular Ice rinks in America and today was boxing day. My mum had left saying she would return and make things right, I couldn't bring myself to just forgive her yet because of all what I went through as a little boy and the worst thing was that She and Dad had been together for almost a year and he kept it from me all this while. Camilla's feet were at hip distance and her arms were in front of her, then she squatted slightly, just enough to find her balance.  Little kids waved at her as they skated around her giggling at her, I still find it amusing when she told she didn't know how to skate. She bent her knees and looked down, probably afraid she wouldn't fall. Her shoulders were forward and she allowed herself to hold

FIVE AND HALF YEARS LATER, You know when they say opposite sides attract... That's usually true at times. I finished university with Lucas who is now my Lawful husband a year ago. Lucas became the CEO of his father's company while I worked as a scientist in one of the research institutions in America. Everything had been great between us, well, not exactly great because we tend to fight, argue, cry and the rest...No relationship is perfect but still, we had our chances to make things right and together  Guess what...? I have a 10 months old baby boy whose name is Gavin. Gavin has a striking appearance and resemblance just like his Dad, those green eyes especially which made him look so cute always made me wonder if it's a thing in Liam's family to pass down green eyes to their descendants. Lucas made me leave my job because he wanted me to give our son a
