Zadkiel was sitting on the bed, staring at the wall clock as it ticked the time. As the arm of the clock ticked the second, it was subtracted from Zadkiel’s short span of life that consisted of only a few hours now.Of course, by now he knew he was immortal and he wouldn’t die exactly but still, the idea of having his heart stopped even for few minutes wasn’t exactly as exciting as it was sounding. There was a knock on the door. He knew it wouldn’t be Irvin because Irvin wouldn’t knock before entering his own room so he sat up and let out a soft ‘come in’Abel stepped in giving him a tight-lipped smile before closing the door behind him. He silently made his way to Zadkiel and sat before him on the bed, fiddling with his fingers.“I couldn’t find peace knowing you are going to do it tomorrow.” He mumbled, looking down at his palms while he spoke. Zadkiel had never seen Abel so much sadness in his life before.“I’ll be fine, bro. I am immortal.” Zadkiel assured him, resting a hand

Zadkiel and Irvin both were at Sean’s house to pick up Abel but it was one hell of a job because now they had to listen to Abel and Sean banter.“Well, I told him not to put his shoes in the upper portion of the closet!” Sean scoffed as he was wrapping Abel’s foot in the bandage. “Now look what you did to yourself!” He scolded Abel.“Umm… guys, I-” Zadkiel tried but was cut off by them for the millionth time.“You could’ve saved me by using your werewolf ass and grabbing my shoes for me,” Abel argued back.“Or you could’ve saved yourself by not putting the shoes on the upper most portion of the closet!” Sean spoke while tightly wrapping the bandage. Well, too tightly.“Ow!” Abel yelped in pain.“Hey, be careful!” Zadkiel hissed at Sean.“Sorry, Luna.” Sean apologized before turning to Abel to apologize.“Listen, I ca-” Zadkiel was cut off again.“First, you refuse to get my shoes for me because you were too busy doing absolutely nothing and when I hurt my foot by falling whil

“You mean, you can kill him?” Edmond asked the lady sitting on the couch of his Alpha mansion.“I can curse him. That curse can kill him.” Rita, an evil witch, had one goal in her life. To be the leader of her coven and for that, she had to be the strongest of them.“What kind of a curse?” Edmond frowned.“A werewolf dies when it doesn’t turn. It’s a slow process but it’s death at the end of the day.” She informed, smirking at him.“You mean he can die?” Edmond’s eyes widened.“Of course, he can. You know the plus point?” She had this evil smirk on her face constantly. “If he won’t turn, he won’t get his powers. Just like a werewolf.” She wiggled her brows at him.“That’s so cool. Tell me what I have to do for this?” Edmond was so desperate that he forgot that this evil witch wouldn’t do anything without having an agenda behind it.“Sacrifice. One of yours and one of theirs.” She sat back, resting her back against the couch and judging how far he was ready to go.“I’ll do it!”

“I was wondering that if you guys heal on your own, why you would need a hospital or doctors,” Abel questioned Irvin.“Because sometimes we can’t heal or we take time to heal. Some wounds don’t fill on their own.” Irvin responded.“But medicines don’t work on you guys. What do you do?” The curious bean questioned again.“Why didn’t you ask these questions to your mate? I mean he was seriously injured. You should’ve asked him why he couldn’t heal on his own.” Irvin arched his eyebrow. Abel shrugged.“We have a lot of other things to do.” He smirked at Irvin, making him scrunch his nose.“I didn’t need to know that.” He said, gagging.“You act like, you don’t do this shit.” Abel relaxed back on his seat with a satisfied smirk on his face because he knew he was annoying Irvin.“Yeah but I don’t talk about it or brag about it.” Irvin rolled his eyes.“How would you when you’ve done it like once in your life.” Abel snickered, making Irvin turn to him.“Who said we’ve done it once?

Zadkiel opened the door and dashed in, even though he wasn’t a little bit excited about being the centre of the attention, he still knew how much Irvin wanted it and looking forward to it. He didn’t want to be the reason for the ceremony’s or whatever it was, delay. A suit covered in a zip lock bag was placed on the bed along with it a box of shoes was placed. Zadkiel smiled and walked to the bed to have a better look at it. It was a black blazer with a white buttoned-up t-shirt and grey dress pants. There was also a red tie with it, placed next to it. He went to lock the door so when he walks out of the bathroom in a towel, he wouldn’t face any embarrassing moment. He grabbed a towel from the cupboard and wasted no time going to the bathroom for a quick shower. When he was dressed, he felt like the tie didn’t suit him. Plus, it felt really formal so he removed it. He pulled out the shirt from the back of his pants and unbuttoned his blazer. He liked the way he looked in the clothe
