Celine wondered why there was no one around, not even one person had come to talk to her. While still deep in thoughts she heard loud laughter coming from the conference room. She hurriedly left for the room with Tessa following right from behind. There seemed to be a staff meeting and people were shooting all sorts of comments from all corners of the room“Do you think that the boss lady will handle the task?” One employee asked“I don’t think so, what do you people expect from a woman who has courage enough to cheat on her husband. Will that be a bad moral lesson to our women here at the company? She can learn a thing or two from my submissive and beautiful wife.” Another one teased and the rests started shooting comments from all corners of the room.“Ha…..Ha…Ha” the crowd laughed even louder with no knowledge that Celine was standing right on the door listening to their comments. She was so disgusted with the comments of the group, even if she messed up they had no right to hold s

“But what will people say when they see us go out together.”“Are you worried? I don’t even care because in their eyes we will always be lovers or whatever they might want to call us. Come on let us go.” Jared reached for her hands and held them possessively, she could still feel the warmth in them and she loved it.It wasn’t until they exited the front entrance that they were met with a huge group of people heading towards them. It took her some time before she realized that the reporters were in front of her again. Celine shivered at the thought of them harassing her especially now that her ex-husband was in jail. In addition, she took over the company and right now she was caught red handed with her supposed lover. Why was I so much unlucky, must they come at this particular time? She felt hot tears stinging her already red and swollen eyes. The reporters started shooting questions all over, she knew that they wouldn’t spare her.“Celine Nelson, did you just take over the company

“What the hell is wrong with you Mason, I pay you so well but you can’t perform your duties as per my levels. Do I also need to tell you what to do? Come on man, you should use your common sense.”Mason was so humiliated, how could the boss shout at him like that at the meeting? Sometimes he wished to quite the job but just the thought of spending his entire life looking for employment has made him stay back.He also knew so much of his dark secrets and one time when he was not on his right mind he had warned him that if he dared to quit and reveal his secrets he will kill him. This he knew was not a threat because he killed without mercy.“Come on don’t just keep quite here. Go get me a good lawyer immediately or else I will deal with you”He turned his blood shot eyes to the finance manager and muttered“This was a project that funds were set aside after proper budgeting and forecasting has been done. I don’t see the reason why it has to affect our profit this month.” Jared said cal

“Oh grand ma, I missed you so much.” He kissed her cheeks and looked in to her eyes with a lot of love. The woman fed him and changed his nappies, he still can’t believe that she was capable of doing that when she had stopped having children herself, she didn’t even allow anybody else to take care of him. She loved him as her own.“Sit down son, I have some important matter to discuss with you. I know your silly mother doesn’t even care about this. I don’t even know how I was capable of raising such kind of a daughter. You know I gave her everything and the least I would have expected from her was a good heart. But what did she do, she went ahead and abandoned her own flesh and blood.”His face was so filled with sadness but there was nothing he could do to take all that away.“Grand pa, that is in the past now and I really appreciate what you two did to me. You gave me back my life and I will be forever grateful to you for the rest of my life.“Listen to me son, we are not getting an

He noticed that she was looking a little bit different but she was still the same beautiful blonde girl he had fallen deeply in love with. The four friends were in the same college pursuing different course. Jared studied business Administration, Dean was a doctor, Ivan was a lawyer and Selena went for journalism. Another binding thing was that they all came from the top 10 richest family in the city with Jared leading the list. The two were a match made in heaven and no one could have thought that they would have broken up. However it was all Selena’s fault as she decided to go abroad for further studies even after Jared begged her to stay back.Rumor has it that she found herself another boyfriend who didn’t treat her very well and now she is back for her first love.Selena turned her attention to her other friends and greeted them with a smile on her face.“Guys, good to see you.
