Still Drakes POVCharles was very serious when he said that he didn’t want an apology from my parents, but from my sister. I would have asked him to explain what he meant by that, as it’s obvious to see that he doesn’t want to speak about it anymore. I opened old wounds when I asked him to retell the story of how his wife died. It made him I’m very emotional, I’m not sure he could say anything else after his angry outburst. His voice was so loud when he yelled at me, and it made his curious son come out of his room to check on his father.I can only imagine what could be going through the little boy's head right now. At such a tender age, he has already witnessed such brutality and inhumane behavior. It hurts to k ow that my parents are the cause of their troubles, and I wish there was something I could do about it. If only I could turn back the clock, I would have stopped all this from happening to this innocent cute boy. He is so wary of the thugs that have been chasing them all ar

Still Casey’s POVWithout all this information, Drake is simply operating on instinct, and his actions are messing with my already laid out plans. Tyler told me he was making plans to bursts into the two warehouses with some guys that he trusts. He was still trying to locate the rest of the buildings, but while his guys were investigating and searching for Austin’s secret warehouses, he mobilized some more guys and went to check out the two warehouses that we already know their location. They would have uncovered a huge secret that they would have used against Austin, but they were too late.Drake got to them before us, he destroyed the warehouses without thinking. I’m not sure he knows about the innocent girls and kids that are being held in one of these warehouses. What if he had killed them all, what if my kids were being held there, he would have burned down the building with my kids still in it. He doesn’t have all the facts, and I’m scared he is going to make a mistake that would

Drakes POV“What the hell is wrong with you, Drake, why would you come to my house without calling me first, are you fucking insane?” she screamed at me nervously, her eyes filled with punished tears. I would have ignored her teary eyes, I may have looked past her rudeness and her nasty words, but how on earth do I ignore the stench of blood that oozes from her body, how do I even ignore the bruises on her face and her body? She looks worn and weary. It’s easy to tell that she is passing through a lot of stress and agony. But that is not even the main issue here, I can’t be worried about her looks when it seems like her life is in danger. I think she is hurt, I can perceive the stench of blood, I just don’t know who is responsible for her misery and why she failed to inform me about it all this while, or am I just imagining it?“What is wrong, Sey-Sey, are you still mad at me because of what happened the other day?I said I was sorry, didn’t I?I already apologized for prying into you

Casey’s POVHe is hurt, I can see him bleeding in the arm and thighs, but I refused to show any sympathy to him when Tyler is lying dead in the car trunk and my kids are nowhere to be found. I ignored his pain, I didn’t even look his way. I just leaned on the door, letting my tears flow freely down my cheeks. He is ignoring me as well, but every often, I catch feel his eyes on me and I had to force myself to pretend to be furious at him. I know he tried to get Austin, and I know it’s not his fault that I found myself in that situation, but part of me blames him for leaving. I don’t know why I feel this way, but I just can’t help it. If he hadn’t left us vulnerable, if he had been here with us, protecting us like he always did. I’m sure all this would never have happened. He should have known better than to leave everyone in the hands of Riley. I could hear him speaking to someone on the phone, urging them to turn the city upside down until they are found. I’m guessing my kids were no

Still Drakes POVI did not meet up with Liam as I intended, I have almost all the thugs, snitches, and drug peddlers in the street searching for that van. There is no way they can get those kids out of this city unless they switch cars. I’m hoping they are found before it gets to that point, I need them to be found before their trail goes cold.“Can I get their pictures?” I asked Casey, snapping her from her thoughts. She had been silent for some time, and I wondered what could be going through her mind. “I don’t have it, I’m not allowed to have their pictures. I only get to chat with them on video calls, and that is if I behave myself and try not to annoy Austin. He sends me their pictures once a month so I can forward them to dad and mom and stop them from asking too many questions about my kids and our well-being.I get distracted by their pictures, whenever he gives them to me, I tend to stare longingly at them for too long. That’s why he made me delete them immediately. But I ha
