บททั้งหมดของ Vincenzo's Heir : บทที่ 21 - บทที่ 30

Lily's POV. “You look tired.” A voice announced from the doorway. I looked up to find Nicolas, Vincenzo's best friend standing in the doorway. Did I mention that he came to Italy a day after my delivery? It's been six weeks since I was discharged from the hospital and taken back to the mansion. Things has been going smoothly, it was oddly calm. The realization that this could be the calm before the storm, frightens me. But the journey into motherhood was one I hadn't expected, exhaustion weighed heavily on my shoulders as Andre finally fell asleep in my arms. He's been crying non stop since dawn of the day and the instant his head touched the mattress, his eyes would pop open and he would scream with all his might. After several attempts of putting him to bed and failing, I realized he only wanted to sleep in my arms. I would have considered it a sweet gesture if my arms weren't currently sore and numb from carrying him in my arms. The past one month and two weeks had been hell fo

Lily's POV. “Don't. you. dare. touch. me.” I clenched my teeth, stopping myself from breaking down in front of him. “What the fuck is wrong with you? You were fine a couple of minutes ago.” He growled looking extremely angry. “Why don't you go ask your bitch of a fiancé?” I spat. “Fiancé? What the hell are you talking about?” He asked, looking genuinely confused. I ignored him and begun walking up the stairs. If he was going to pretend, then fine, I wasn't going to put up with his bullsh*t anymore. He was right on my tail. “Don't you fucking walk away from me, Lillian.” He said angrily. “Tell me what the fuck is wrong and we can settle this like reasonable adults.” I walked towards my bedroom, and before I could slam it shut, Vincenzo caught the door with his foot and forced himself into my bedroom, he locked the door and turned to face me looking extremely pissed. He was about to talk, but I beat him to it. “Get out.” I snapped. He didn't leave, instead he walked towar

Antonio's POV. “No! No! NO!” The Russian thrashed around trying to get away from the pain being inflicted on him. The thick ropes used in tying him up didn't budge. Vincenzo pulled the sharp blade from the Russian enemy's thigh as he spoke coldly, “Are you ready to talk?” The Russian sighed in relief as soon as the blade left his left thigh. He clamped his mouth shut, refusing to say anything and risk getting killed by his mafia. That wasn't particularly necessary anymore because I am certain that he wouldn't be leaving here alive. Not when my boss was this furious. Vincenzo wore a calm expression on his face, but I knew he was beyond furious. The calm expression was just a facade, after years of being in the mafia, I have learnt all the different types of emotions. Vincenzo walked to the large black suitcase, where all his different knives were. There was a different bag just beside it, containing a few of our weapons. The silver knives glinted in the dark room, after being used t

Lily's POV. “This isn't the time for questions, Lillian. I have more important things to do.” Vincenzo retorted harshly. I felt hurt by his words but I refused to show it. Antonio announced that he was leaving, before shutting the door close behind him, leaving us. I noticed how Antonio stared at Vita like a lost puppy when he thought no one was looking. It was different from the usual scowl he always wore on his face. Makes me wonder if they perhaps have a history together? “Vince, I know you're still angry about what I said to you. Anger got the better of me, I didn't mean what I said. I'm sorry.” He didn't say anything as he walked over to me and took Leandre from my arms. Andre squealed happily on his father's arm. I can't get over the fact of how much Andre loves his dad. Whenever Vincenzo arrives from work and he sees him, he would giggle in excitement and stretch his hands in the air, motioning for Vince to pick him up. Vincenzo walked behind his desk and plopped down on

NEW YORKPenny's POV. I walked into my apartment after a long day at work. The house has been boring ever since Lily left for Italy. I miss her a lot but I'm happy that she's finally back with Vincenzo who she never got over. I brought out my keys to unlock the door, but to my surprise the door was open. My mind skipped with fear at the thought of a thief being in my house. But a thief couldn't possibly turn on the television and watch a movie. With a little more boldness, I opened the door enough to take a peek and breathed out in relief as I saw my boyfriend, Troy. He was watching a movie in the living room, quietly munching on a popcorn. I stepped into the living room, immediately catching his attention. He stood up with a sweet smile, pulling me into his arms and slamming his lips on mine. I dropped my hand bag on the ground and eagerly kissed him back, running my hands through his hair. We pulled away a few minutes later, breathing heavily. “You know, I'm really starting to
