"Hahahaha, you are kidding aren't you?" Ashina asked Cassie, she didn't want to believe the nonsense that she had been told because there was no possible way that Hrolf would spend a night in her room. "You didn't know about that?" Cassie squinted her eyes at Ashina. Then could it be that Hrolf had sneaked in last night when she was sleeping? She wondered. She could tell that Ashina didn't know about Hrolf spending the night in her room and they didn't do anything either. She sighed in relief because she knew that nothing had happened between them. "Whatever, freshen up, put on your clothes, Gasper wants to see you before leaving," Cassie said to Ashina. " I don't want to meet with him," Ashina answered, shaking her head.Meeting with Gasper was the last thing on her mind at the moment and she wouldn't want to do that. She was scared that she would turn into a crying mess in front of him. She placed a hand on her aching chest."He was on the verge of tears while pleading, he pleade

Ashina stared at Hrolf in shock after he had disentangled from the kiss. "What was that?" She asked, surprised.Hrolf gritted his teeth while wondering what had happened also. He wasn't one to lose control so what had happened? " I…am sorry Ashina," Hrolf apologized sincerely to her. He didn't know what had come over her and he had to find out what it was. "Fuck," he grunted inwardly, his wolf growled in excitement, and Hrolf was forced to look at Ashina a second time. "I know I shouldn't have done that just now but I seemed to have lost control,'' Hrolf answered. His mind was scattered all over the place and he needed to calm down and find out what had happened. "Yes, you shouldn't have, this was so unexpected," Ashina responded. " But you enjoyed it, you even responded to the kiss we shared not too long ago, you wrapped your hands around my waist and you didn't push me away," Hrolf tried to defend himself. He wasn't always like this, he couldn't even explain what had just hap

Ashina stared blankly at Hrolf wondering what he was saying. Feelings? How could he develop feelings for me after killing my father? She gritted her teeth in anger. "Ashina, Ashina," Hrolf called to get her attention, his heart was beating fast against his ribcage and he didn't want Ashina to reject him. "I am here, Alpha Hrolf," Ashina said coldly. She wished Hrolf could notice her mood and leave her alone but she knew he wouldn't. "I am surprised at your proposal and I don't know how to respond to it," Ashina answered.Hrolf inhaled sharply before grasping Ashina's arm gently. His orbs stared into hers and Ashina tried averting her gaze when she saw the emotions coursing through it. She chuckled inwardly, her heart was running wild and at the same time she hated Hrolf, she wanted to pierce her hands through his chest squeezing his heart tightly. "You should know that I will never play with something as sincere as this," Hrolf's voice was low and filled with emotions. He release

" Without his heart?'' Cassie asked again, clenching the puppet. " Yes, what is behind you?" Erik asked, trying to take a look at what she was holding." Nothing, lead the way, you said Alpha Hrolf is waiting," Cassie said to him." Yes, he is but still, what is that behind you? What are you hiding?" " Are you leading the way or not? I do not have all day to banter words with you," Cassie said to him. " Fine," Erik answered, throwing both of his hands up. He walked quickly with Cassie following him. Cassie placed the puppet quickly into her pocket, before exhaling in relief, Erik could be tiring at times. She had warned Hrolf against dumping the guard's body close to the pack house but still, he had done that. "Urghhh," she groaned annoyingly."Did you say anything?" Erik turned back to ask. Cassie shook her head at him urging him to walk faster. "Alpha Hrolf wasn't happy when he didn't see you in your room, what have you been up to recently? Your moves have been suspicious late

Ashina sat on her bed humming to one of the famous folklore songs in Sussex pack. Hrolf had said he would be coming here probably at dusk and she was waiting for him. She was going to give him the worst punishment for killing her father. It was amusing that he thought she would fall in love with him after what he had done. Ashina could still remember how he had glared at her when she was caught at the boundaries between the white moon pack and Sussex pack, his gaze held so much hatred that made her wonder if the cause was because of her father who he had killed. How was she going to know if Hrolf intended doing the same thing to her but he was coming under the guise of love? She wondered.Ashina stood up abruptly, pacing up and down the room, although she was uncertain about all that was happening, she could feel her heart twitch when she thought of killing Hrolf and it made her regret having an atom of feeling for him. He was someone who didn't deserve her. He didn't deserve her lov
