Lahat ng Kabanata ng The Lycan's Slave Mate: Kabanata 61 - Kabanata 70

"Hey, I'm Miatta," I introduced myself, making an attempt to be polite."I know," she replied, smiling. "Everyone knows you. I'm Ryan. After your scrabble with Sigma Desdemona, the others wanted to know who you were, and now with Yvette. "You are kind of famous actually."My group's task for the week was to work on the garden, and I was elated. I had prayed to the Moon Goddess earlier, requesting that she spare me from dish duty just yet, and she must have listened to my unusual petition. My group had fifteen members, which meant our jobs would be easier and faster.I was disappointed a little to notice that neither Addy nor Ramona, the only two people I could recognize from a crowd, were in my group. Elena was our leader, and she was like Addy; funny and patient, so I felt better afterwards. She gave each of us tools and allocated us to different parts of the garden.I got a blunt pair of shears, and when I complained about the inefficiency, she dropped a rock into my palms. I did no

Miatta When I returned to the dark room, I was royally miffed and didn't want to speak to anyone. Addy's group members surrounded her in silence and my guilt pinched me severely. Addy, innocent Addy was in the state she was because of me and there was nothing I could do about it. Ramona was teary and she indulged in her tears, tugging on Addy’s still hands. Her long golden locks were scattered around her face, framing it like a halo. I approached the group tentatively, the other slaves watching me curiously. “May I?” I asked no one in particular but they adjusted to create some room for me to huddle around their fallen leader. No one said a word to me and I was oddly pleased with their silence. At least they were not pointing accusing fingers at me even if their hearts were against me. I took Addy's hand and pressed on the knuckles, focusing all my concentration on her face. There was a technique my mother used to bring some of her agitated patients out of unconsciousness. She woul

Miatta The sun arose but I didn't get to see it. Neither did any occupant of the room but it wasn't unusual because the room had no windows. However, I could not deny that the man I had once thought was a part of my imagination was real. I had seen him the night before, his face hovering over mine. He had run away before I could ask him who he was and I had forgotten to inquire from Addy due to the impromptu hassle. Speaking of Addy, I immediately remembered the condition she was in. She still lay beside me, inert and quiet. “Please, get up, Addy. I don't like seeing you like this,” I beseeched her, kneeling by her side. I slipped a petition across to the Moon Goddess to keep her alive for my sake. “Is it morning already?” a hoarse voice croaked, yawning afterwards and opening my eyes, I saw Addy blinking at me drowsily. I sat too, overwhelmed before I could recognize that she was indeed awake. I flung myself on her, hugging and kissing her on the cheek. “Oof! Get off me, you rog

Miatta “If you want your collar, meet me at this spot tonight as the last horn is sounded. Come alone.” His words resounded in my mind when I returned to my spot in the messy kitchen. Elena had questioned me and after I had explained myself, she had asked if I was okay. I was fine and I told her so. She allowed me to get back to work and I picked the brown rag meant for drying the slabs. My survival depended on my ability to hide my unadorned neck from the sights of others and my long hair made that task a little bit achievable. However, I remained on guard. No one could be trusted anymore, not concerning such a delicate issue. Ryan finding out so soon was a mistake. I could not afford to let it happen again. It took two hours to finish up the disgusting job and we filed out again in a straight queue. I searched around me but there was no sign of Luke in the area. I resolved to ask him who he was the next time we met. Back in the room, the meal had been served and there were most

Miatta Luke escorted me to the dark room and I was panting like a dying horse. Blood pumped in my ear and my heart rate quickened of its own accord. I could barely control my steps and my eyes kept sliding short. In all my life, I had lived with my brothers and so, I had never seen a wolf in heat. Perhaps I would have known what to do and how to react to the whole phase. Goddess knows my mother had probably only copulated to bear children. Imagining her beneath my father brought on some waves my body was not ready to handle at the moment. “Um..Luke..I –I can't go on. I need to sit down.” I was feeling drowsy and I sat down on a rock. The night was still dark and no one could see us unless they made use of their harnessed adaptations. Moreover, the stone statues of past Lycans Kings and the evergreen trees were enough coverage for us. “No. No, Miatta. I need to get you back to your room. You are in heat and I don't want to defile you even though you would really want me to. It’s lik
