My sketchbook was gone.I closed my eyes and focused on maintaining a slow and regular breathing pattern as I did so. However, it was not successful. I was aware of the strain that was building up in my muscles as well as the acceleration of my heart rate throughout my entire body. Because of the trembling in my fingers, I had no choice but to set the magazines down on the floor. However, I could not allow for it to continue, so I quickly reorganized the items and placed them back on the shelf of the nightstand.Perhaps all he did was shift it.I quickly scanned the area, looking for any other differences that may have occurred. It was getting increasingly difficult to take a full breath, and my chest pained whenever I did so.The shelf for the books—The six books that were no longer parallel to one another were brought into order by me.Two of the soccer trophies that were displayed on my dresser were tilted at an angle relative to the others. The leather sofa that was pushed up agai

I couldn't help but think of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar when I heard those words: "He thinks too much: such men are dangerous." Sheriff Brown managed to terrify me, despite the fact that he had never previously had such an effect on me before Sharon came around. Now, what was it that he desired? When I entered Sharon's house with her father, I made a conscious effort not to give off the impression that I was as terrified as I actually was. When I was in her room with her just ourselves, it did not have the same ambiance as the rest of the house. Sheriff Brown entered the kitchen, opened the refrigerator, and then removed a can of beer from the back of the shelf."Williams, please take a seat." While Sheriff Brown sat back in a recliner, I sat on the edge of the couch cushion and pondered whether or not it was possible for my balls to find their way back into my body after I had finished going through puberty. They damn well gave the impression that they were attempting to. bit Sherif

As soon as she was no longer within earshot, we burst out into fits of laughter."I have never heard that word before," remarked Sheriff Brown, "but I don't think I approve."I snickered."I probably ought to go talk to her or something, don't you think I ought to?""At your own risk," was the response he gave me. "Though I think it's really me that she's pissed at."After taking a moment to compose myself by taking a big breath, I stood up from the table and headed toward the stairs. I conducted some additional preparation, including some deep breathing, before I knocked on her door because I saw that it was closed.“What?” "Can I come in?"“No.”"Aw, come on, Ruth," I prompted her to say. After she failed to acknowledge my knock, I repeated it once again. I started knocking to a beat, playing a little hip-hop rhythm on her bedroom door till she finally flung it open and glared at me again. She ignored me, so I started knocking to a beat, playing a little hip-hop rhythm on her bedro

I fumbled through the words, "I...um...borrowed the key," as I spoke. Okay, I admit that I didn't give much thought to the possibility of her moving in that path; but, what exactly was the big deal? She cried after him, "Borrowed the key?" Oh man, whenever she wanted to scream, she could do it. "Whose key did you borrow?"I began my sentence with, "There is a master key..." I went and fetched it from the office so that I could...um...repair your locker...Suddenly, the entire thing didn't seem as brilliant of a concept as it had when it was first proposed. "Oh my GOD!" The hands of Sharon went up into Sharon's hair. "I have no idea how you could have done it. Williams, how could you even think that? How could you possibly go through all of my belongings in such a careless manner? Without so much as a question? Seriously?”My entire body began to shiver, and I began to experience the eerie, tingling sensation that I occasionally had whenever my father was in one of his moods. I felt a

I stood there and watched him pull away from the parking lot before turning around and walking back to the field. The entire time, I was thinking about what the hell I was going to tell Sharon. I probably could have told her the truth because she already had some of the information, but I chose not to do so. It was important to me that she didn't find out what her father had to say about her.I gave my head a shake, and raindrops escaped from my hair and landed on the ground below. There was no question in my mind that I would not be ditching her tonight. Before my father was due to return, I had the full week to myself. In the event that my relationship with Ruth had to end before that point, I intended to make the most of the upcoming week. When I looked at my phone, there was a message from Maxwell asking where I had been. After jogging the remaining distance to the spectator stands, I hastily typed a response and then arrived there. When I arrived back to Sharon, I didn't feel lik
