Lahat ng Kabanata ng Saved by the Lycan Prince: Kabanata 81 - Kabanata 90

Trinity POVWith a huge grin on his face, my father scurries off his bed and engulfs me in a hug, almost knocking Lance out of the way in the process. “I’m so happy you are awake, and the baby is fine. I was so worried.” His voice slightly cracks as he tightens his arms around me. I let out a soft chuckle and pat his back as I sit on the bed. “You know I’m a fighter. I wouldn’t have let something like that stop me.” Lance leans against the side of the hospital bed. “I wouldn’t have let her give up, either. There is no way I’m letting her leave me so soon. I would have fought with the moon goddess to bring my queen back.”I shake my head as my father’s grip tightens around me. “Uh, I can’t breathe. Dad, let me go.” He shakes his head. “No. You don’t know what this has done to me. I want a few more moments with my baby girl.”Baby girl. Why does he have to say that in front of all these people? If the hospital beds were empty, it wouldn’t be so bad.Lance pulls at my f

Bethany POVMy head is spinning as the information my mother told me swirls around in my mind. None of it sounds familiar, and I don’t have any memory of it. Trinity getting married seems too foreign and something she would do in the future, but not now. We are going to be graduating from high school this year and then we are going to find our mates as soon as we turn eighteen. How could she jump to getting married when I thought we were going to find our mates first? She would never do something like this without talking to me first. My eyebrows knot together while I stare at my mother as if she is telling me some fictional story. None of this can be real. My mother slides to the edge of her chair and cups my hand in hers. “Beth, do you remember anything?”I tilt my head while I rack my brain, trying to remember the last thing I did. Blurry imagines run through my mind, but I’m not able to get a clear picture. Think. I know I did something before I blacked out, but what w

Trinity POV“Trinity, when are you going through the ceremony and taking the title? I’ve been waiting for a long time to see you lead our pack.” The older woman leans in towards me and whispers, “I’m so proud of you. You didn’t let anyone get to you. I wish more young pups would use you as an excellent example of how to act and carry themself as an adult.”She flashes me a proud grin while holding and lightly patting my hand. Her words are a double-edge sword. I’m glad she has so much confidence in me and my abilities as alpha, but I’m also sad I won’t be directly leading my pack. If all goes as planned, the most I will do is provide a helping hand as part of the royal family. She softly adds, “Who are you going to get for a mate now that your marriage didn’t happen? I’m sure anyone would love to be your mate and help you lead the pack.”Her words slice right through me as I struggle to figure out exactly what to say. I haven’t addressed with the family and Lance on how I woul

Lance POVWhat has gotten into me? Images of last night’s passionate time with Trinity run on rewind in my mind. Every second only shows how out of control I had allowed myself to get. The words and murmurs from her former pack have cut me like a knife and sunk deep into my soul. Somehow, in the heat of the moment, I allowed my jealousy and anger to boil up and take control. Anger and disappointment in myself rush through me while my feet pound harder on the treadmill. I wanted to clear my mind and go for a run in the forest, but with everything going on, it wasn’t safe to sneak out of the bunker. I could have gone out with the patrol, but my guards strongly resisted the idea. So, instead, I’m in the training area and taking my frustrations out on the equipment here. I’ve already spent an hour with the punching bag. With each punch, I would imagine the bag was any guy, including Drake, who tries to take Trinity away from me. I think I’m going to need to buy them a new bag.

Drake POV“UGH!!” When will this stop? A searing pain shoots through my chest as if my heart is being ripped out. My wolf is nowhere to be found. He has stopped responding to me, and I’m worried, but there isn’t anything I can do.No matter what I’ve tried to do, I can get him to respond to me. I still feel his presence, but it is weak and seems to be slowly fading, which scares me. I don’t know what I’ll do without him. He is my other half and makes me whole.I curl up into a ball on the ratty old cot as another wave of intense pain shoots through me. Where are the guards? I’ve called out to them many times, but they don’t respond. When they come in to give me food, they ignore my pleas for help. A few times, I’ve spotted them hiding small smirks. Do they think this is funny? I don’t!“UHM!!!”My body trembles as pain riffles through every part of me, making me highly sensitive to everything around. Why is this happening to me? I did nothing to deserve this. “What is
