Xander felt her breathing become softer, he lowered his gaze to her and felt his heart twitch when he found her asleep cradled to his chest. Her fingers clasped lightly around his shirt. His fingers got tangled in her hair as he gently stroked through it. It pleased him deeply she was sensitive to their relationship and wanted to understand him. He can't say he understands her either, but their feeling was mutual. When he was upset, she was as well. The only place she should find rest is within his arms, he never wanted her out of his hand's reach. He lives in her presence, and his soul thrives. Never for once in his life would he see himself so overtly obsessed about a woman it scared him to what extent he was willing to go for her. He had no control over what he felt, he just feels. His chest ached whenever she is not near, it seems as though each day his feelings for her only intensify and becomes something he can't control. He lifted her in his arms and trudged to her room, ge

He pushed her plate of bacon, pancakes and orange juice towards her. A moan leaving her lips when she took a piece. It sounded so sinful to his ears, he wanted those exact sounds out of her lips the day she shares the same desire and lust as him. He loved her clear feminine voice but the raspiness have to be his undoing. .“You cook so much better than me. I feel jealous.“ She burped, her face turning pink.“Pretend that never happened.“ Xander chuckled softly at her.“What happened?“ He asked pretentiously, playing along.“I can teach you if you want to learn. I am not so great myself, but you are so terrible at it you think I cook good.“ He had to roast her before helping.“I saw how great you fared last week.“ He was referring to the burnt food and whatever concoction she tried to whip up,she could at least tried burying the evidence. Even the cereal begged for mercy under her hands.“You can tease me all you want.““Hardly. I am simply complimenting you.“ “I don't think you wer

The cheerful laughters and merry of his pack echoed into the night. The night was still young and humid, a perfect night for celebrating the youngest mates in pack. It was their tradition, the Alpha and his mate was invited to bless their union but he rather not.Not with Jessica as his mate. For the first time that night a cool breeze flew into his face, his eyes fluttering weakly against it. He struggled to keep his thoughts at bay but they constantly went back and forth with one person in his mind.Kiara. It's been half a year with her gone, disappeared from the surface of the earth like that night never happened. Half a year and everyone has moved on except him. Part of it was guilt, he was a catalyst to her sudden disapperance, another was the fact he knew not whether she breathes or not.The idea of her dead was constantly refuted by him, he promised to cut off anyone's head who tried suggest that in front of him but it was spoken about in hushed whispers. His mother excited

“No!“ She yelled, as they dragged her towards the clearing at the center. Her body bruised and filled with whip marks. “Jessica!“ Her name was called from a thunderous feminine voice. Her eyes were lowered instantly, afraid to know who called upon her but the woman footstep grew louder with each step she took forward. Soon she was in front of Jessica knelt on the floor, her hands in chains and her legs tied. Her eyes was loosed, ragged abd unclean, while her beautiful skin turned dry and dirty as many days has passed by without her showering in the dungeon. She looked unhealthy as well barely fed once everyday. Her knees bent slight as they crouched in front of her, her fingers tucked under Jessica's chin raising her face. Jessica gently fluttered her eyes open meeting the face of the voice she dreaded, it was like seeing a ghost. Those eyes that begged of mercy as she ran the knife through her guts, those lips that mocked her trying to take her place and promised her Nathan w

Xander strolled through the passageway, finding it weird Lena's door was partly open. He ignored it briefly making a mental note to check on her. He walked to the kitchen, his dry throat needed some water. He poured himself a cup of water and sipped slowly, his eyes darted around the house and landed on the front door opened as well. Standing to his feet, suddenly alert he observed the door more, wondering how it got opened and Selena's room as well…. Shit. He hurried to her room, almost breathless he pushed the door wider and found her nowhere in her room. His heart was racing as the worst possibilities crossed his mind. He walked to her bathroom and pushed the door open, but no one was there. “Selena!“ He yelled. He trudged to the living room and went directly to the opened door, and rushed into the cold night. Far ahead he saw her blanket strewn on the floor, his mind mustering up the worst imagery of what might have happened to her, sadly his thoughts were not optimistic
