No one objected when I changed our route and mixed with the humans who passed by with full bags and expressions of pure fascination with the streets adorned with flags stuck in a string. And when we approached a small cabin with stools, in which a polaroid camera was positioned at one end, I was quite surprised that none of my companions refused to take a picture. We were a wreck, Faye and I with cuts in the faces of the fight against four female demons, Vraxlon and Tennebris with the face of someone who hadn't slept for days. Even so, I paid some coins for the photo and kept it carefully in my pocket. Our insured stop was in a stall with Latin foods that were too spicy. My companions ate with such satisfaction that I refused not to finish my dried meat and pepper burrito. However, my human stomach and already unaccustomed to the strong spices of hell seemed to reject the idea of such discordant and hot spices, and I spent mäl from that moment until when we left for the beach. On the

"Did I fall in love with someone? "I asked.Miguel nodded, and a glow of remorse lit up in his violet eyes."So, even if I was assigned to protect a specific human throughout each century, nothing could get out of my head the idea that, despite the soul made of all evil and rot, there was something different about you. There was a feeling. You were made of two of the most powerful demonic beings in the world, but still, you were able to have your own emotions. "He stretched out his hand between us, and took one more step until he was close enough for the tip of his nail to touch the pendant of my necklace. "And overnight, I found myself not complying with the greatest and most absolute rule in my world. Obey my creator. Because I created feelings for you. Not for his human part, for the soul that was underneath. And then... I knew that fate had strange plans for us.”"You chose to protect me, even though you are no longer my guardian "I said gently."I realized very early that I would

When we finally left the bathroom, my hair was already completely goosebumps from so long under the water, and Vraxlon had a malicious little smile on his face that didn't go away for a long time. When we returned to the room, however, we returned to reality when our clothes were waiting, raised in the air, and, as if the castle could predict my actions before I spoke, I could see that each dress contained enough pomp to demonstrate that we were going to a very important event.Vraxlon put on the black pants that the castle erected towards him, and buttoned the dress shirt up to an inch below his chest, leaving the muscles above visible to any curious person. By pure magic, his hair dried and was combed, before his prince's crown descended gently on his head. While watching the castle spoil him with his care, I was also being pampered. My hair was combed and dry, falling around my arms with soft ripples. A tiara slid gently around my hair, clinging to my forehead like a tangles of thi

However, hours after we were satisfied for the second time in a short period of time, it occurred to me that Vraxlon was not telling the truth. That that strange prophecy that Kleyphon had mentioned was the cause of those ominous forebodings that I felt, and of the constant feeling that I should say goodbye all the time to those I esteemed. That no one but me could see Miguel's silhouette because it was a part of the story written for me that no one could know yet.I had the growing feeling that even my most banal choices "or even the most important ones like giving that sword as a gift to Vraxlon" were a repetitive sequence of past actions. And that every time I was faced with making another decision, that feeling of Deja Vu assailed me, as an alert for me not to choose that path. However, everything would be easier if I knew very clearly about the steps I should or should not take. Not least because, when I chose to act, it led me to some destination already lived. When I decided to
