Papa

***LUTHER***I spat on the floor and picked up my pants before putting them on. I buttoned my shirt and walked out of the room and back into the club. Rhazien's face flashed in my head again and I clenched my fists angrily. I've got to stop thinking about him. I walked back to the bar and sat down, ordering another drink. I drank about eight more bottles of alcohol before I finally decided it was time to return home. Good thing Vampires have high alcohol tolerance. I reached into my pocket to take my wallet and pay for the drinks, but I couldn't find it. I must have dropped my wallet in the room. "Excuse me, I dropped my wallet," I said and the bartender nodded. I was not new here so he knew who I was and that I wasn't trying to get away without paying. I walked back to the room and saw someone walk out. Our eyes met and he seemed nervous, but I ignored him and I walked into the room. I looked around, but I didn't see the wallet. The wallet was with me when I came into the club

***STEVE***"Yes, you can check out the new treadmill when you're done," I said, pointing at the treadmill before walking away. I saw a couple heading out of the gym and I quickly walked up to them. "So, I hope that the instructor showed you around already," I said and they faced me. "Yes, he already took care of everything and we got a membership card," the man replied with a smile. "That's good to hear," I replied, "Hope you have a nice day," I waved at them and smiled. "You too."I sighed and I walked back to my office. I was sweating and the grey T-shirt I wore stuck to my body. This was the gym I signed up with and it was owned by my friend, Ajay. He was the first person I knew after leaving my dad's pack. He was also new in the US after leaving coming here from Palestine. He went to Palestine yesterday cause his brother was dead and he wanted to bring his nephew here with him.I sat down and leaned into the chair. It was evening already and I had nothing else to do. I reac

Intrusive

***STEVE*** Viktor walked to the door and he opened the door. I noticed that he looked frozen to see whoever was at the door so I walked up to him and I froze too. It was the same youthful beauty I saw in Viktor's memories, "It was their Grandpa." "My boy," he smiled and I looked behind him, but he wasn't here with anyone. It could be an ambush, maybe they came here through the back. Viktor who looked like he was in shock slowly backed away from the door and his Grandpa walked into the building with a wide smile on his face. "I'm so happy to see you," he said, but Viktor didn't say a word and he moved away from him."How have you been??"Viktor remained silent for a while and his lips quivered before he replied, "Fine.""That's good to hear," his Grandfather stated with a smile. "Although, the reverse has been the case for me ever since you left," he added and the smile on his face changed into a look of heartbreak. "I never stopped thinking about you since then and every day,

Reaper

***STEVE***I froze, but just for a few seconds before kissing him back. I slowly placed my hand on the back of his head and my other hand on his face, kissing him passionately. We both broke the kiss at the same time, resting our foreheads on each other and I smiled. We both walked back to the sitting room and I sat down on a couch. Viktor sat down next to me too and I played with my fingers. I still had questions I wanted to ask, but I didn't want to pressure him again."You can ask what you want to ask," Viktor said with a smile as if he has read my mind. I wouldn't be surprised if he could. I smiled and faced him, "Your special abilities. How do you have them??" I asked and he shifted closer to me. "Let me show you," he said and he placed his hand on the back of my head, pulling me closer and kissing me. I felt a strange feeling in my head as I gave in to him and when I opened my eyes, I saw that I was standing somewhere else. I looked by side and saw that Viktor was standing

Fake Marriage

***EVELYN*** I hissed as I walked into my room and shut the door. I rubbed my wrists that Damian roughly grabbed my earlier as they were slightly hurting. What the fuck came over him. I've never seen him this angry and it was so annoying. I've never been treated that way in my life and I would not have a jerk I married because of my pack. I need to find that MoonGem as quickly as possible so I can leave here. I'm sick of it all already and I need to get out. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and I reached for it. It was a text from Alex. I clicked on it and read the text he sent "I'm on my way with the MoonTracker, where do we meet?" I sighed in relief. Just in time. I need to find that MoonGem and get it over with. A part of me wanted to reject using the MoonTracker because Tyler found it. If I got the MoonGem, somehow he would be part of the reason why the mission was successful. But a stronger part of me was desperate and needed to go back to my pack quickly. I threw my

Shapeshift

***EVELYN***I pulled the gear as the guards at the gate of the Pack confirmed it was me, driving into the pack at full speed. As I turned to the street on the left that led to the Pack mansion, my ears picked up a sound coming from my purse.I raised my eyebrows and slowed down the car, driving with one, and I grabbed my purse. I pulled out the MoonTracker that was in it and saw that the compass was moving. Whoa. It was already sensing the MoonGem. I dropped the MoonTracker on the seat next to me and began to drive faster. If I could find the MoonGem now, then I was leaving this pack now. I'm not going to waste a minute here. It seemed like the MoonTracker was leading me to the Pack Mansion. Of course, where else would he keep it? Just as that question crossed my mind, the arrow on the compass deflected to the west and I slowed down. Where was it leading me?I pulled up by the side of the road and I looked left. There was an old church there and I muttered a curse beneath my brea

Kyanite Stones

**DAMIAN***. As I drove to the pack mansion, I looked l left as I passed by the church. It was one month till the Lunar Eclipse and I'll get rid of the Wolf curse. I squeezed my face in dissatisfaction as I noticed there were no guards standing around the church. Where the hell did they go to?? I pulled over by the side of the road and climbed down from my car. I saw there was another car parked in front and I looked at it closely. I didn't recognize it, but it could be anyone's car. I walked to the church quickly and I opened the door slowly. I saw the guard I assigned to coordinate others to watch this place and I sighed in relief. I thought they left this place unguarded. Are you the only one here?" I asked as the guard turned around. He looked curious or surprised to see me here. "I was passing by and I didn't see any other guards outside so I came to check," I said and he still didn't say anything. Why was he acting so weird?? "They suspect an intruder is somewhere around

Three Heartbeats

***DAMIAN*** "Wait, but we left Evelyn alone in the pack mansion," Lorenzo said and my heart skipped. Holy shit! I immediately ran back to my car and I didn't even wait for anyone before starting the car and driving away. I pulled the gear, zooming down the road at full speed. How could I be so stupid!! How could I have forgotten about her? She was so vulnerable right and the Rogues could do anything if they got to her first. I looked at the Rear view mirror and saw Lorenzo's car behind me. We finally arrived at the mansion and I pulled up quickly, climbing down from the car and running up to the door. I didn't bother to open the door and I just wanted to push it open, but I got pushed back. I grabbed the doorknob and tried to open the door, but it was closed and I gritted my teeth. Fuck! Lorenzo's car soon pulled over and he climbed out with three other men from the pack. "The door is locked," I said and kicked it in frustration. It was designed to withstand force so the

Forced

***STEVE***I slowly opened my eyes as I stirred out of sleep in the middle of the night. I stretched and yawned loudly looking beside me to see Viktor sleeping peacefully. We were both in his room right now. I looked at the led alarm clock on the table beside his bed and saw that it was just 2 am. I was feeling so thirsty so I stood up and slipped into my a sandal lying at the foot of the bed. I walked to the door and slowly opened it so I wouldn't wake Viktor up. I walked out, moving around so I could find the Kitchen since I wasn't familiar with the house.I finally found the kitchen and I found the light switch on the wall, switching the light on. I walked to the fridge and I took out bottled water. As I opened the bottle, I heard a strange sound coming from outside and I stopped moving.I slowly dropped the bottle on the Kitchen slab and quietly walked to the window, and pushed the window blind aside a bit to look outside. I saw flickering lights and footsteps and I quickly

Scared

Viktor. I froze as a saw Papa at the door. What was he doing here? How did he find him? What did he want?Just as I saw his face, memories of my childhood and everything I did because of him came flooding back.So many families lost their loved ones, so many clans were destroyed, and so many people had reason to cry because of me. I froze in surprise and I wasn't able to say a word even when Steve confronted him. "He is right, you need to leave," I finally summoned the courage to chase him away and I gulped. Unable to hold back the emotions welling up inside of me, I zoomed away, going into the restroom and resting on the sink. Tears welled up in my eyes and I sit quietly trying to push back the tears. Why??Why was Papa here?? Why did he have to come back into my life??I switch on the top and scooped water into my hands to wash my face but the tears keep streaming down my face. I heard the door open and I knew it was Landon, but I kept my face down, trying to blink back the tea
