Scott said in an obvious way making Fiona blink in agreement."Oh yeah, we did cross parts and during those times I had chased you around like a puppy looking for its owner right?" Fiona uttered.Scott chuckled, remembering the times he hated her persistent nature. "Yes, you were quite persistent in your pursuit but I won't say you are a puppy," he replied with a smile. "Scott, can you wake up already, you keep placing your head in my chest!" The small and enchanting voice spoke as my eyes slowly lit up.I blinked my eyes open, feeling a bit disoriented at first. As my vision cleared, I saw the familiar face of my Mon chéri, looking down at me with a mixture of amusement and affection. Her voice was like a sweet melody, instantly bringing a smile to my face."Em," I mumbled, my voice still groggy with sleep. I sat up, rubbing my eyes and trying to shake off the remnants of drowsiness. The warmth of her hand in my hair lingered, comforting and soothing.
