Lahat ng Kabanata ng Taken By The Mafia Lord: Kabanata 61 - Kabanata 70

After an hour of locking herself in the room, she decided to take a shower. She got a phone call from her worker, informing her that he was ready for her order. Kelly asked him to wait as she has some thing new to tell him, some thing she couldn't say over the phone as she wasn't sure if Danielle and Carol were listening. She rushed to her bath, changing into new clothes. She walked past the two girls who were still sitting in the same position when she walked in.They didn't say a word to her, neither did she. As Kelly made her way to the exit door, she opened it and banged it behind her as she left. But when she was almost leaving for the roadside, sounds of sirens filled the air. At first she didn't bother about the sound, she thought they were heading for a crime scene within the area, but to her greatest surprise, they stopped before her."Excuse me, ma'am, do you live here?" A police officer asked."Yes, why?" She asked back."We're looking for a lady by name Kelly Wilsman." He

Vincenzo had been away for the past three days, he had gone to meet his father to discuss an important matter with him. However things didn't go as planned as Mr Polio wasn't in support with the idea of Vincenzo getting married to Freya. To Vincenzo, he had only played a role in talking to his father because he felt it was something he needed to do. An act of respect, not like he didn't have his own right, nor his freedom of speech and choice. His father yelled at his voice, urging Vincenzo never to have Freya into their family or he'll hate what he does next."I won't have to repeat myself again. If you have to marry that bitch, then consider yourself an outcast to this family. You will no longer be my son." He finalized."Gone are those days father when your words do scare me, but now I don't feel touched by your words. Freya is mine and will always be mine whether you like it or not, I will marry her. And mind you, I don't care if you disown me as your son, it will never change any

"So, are you gonna tell me what you discussed with your dad?" Freya asked, her head resting on Vincenzo's chest."Well," he started, rubbing her hair gently, his eyes staring up at the ceiling. "It didn't go well, I'd say. But at least, it doesn't matter."Freya pulled away to look at his face, her eyebrow raised as she stared at him. With a questioning look on her face, Vincenzo knew she did want an answer to her question."Okay, fine. I'll tell you." He agreed and she leaned her head back on his chest, waiting to hear what he's got to say. "He didn't want us to get married, he feels you don't deserve to join the Ferdinando family."Freya felt a feeling of rejection as he said that. A tear rolled from the corner of her eyes, but she held it back from falling. "Freya?" He called, he wanted to be sure she was listening. "Are you listening?""Yeah. Sure, I am. I heard what you said." She did her best not to sound sour even though that's what she feels at the moment."Are you alright?"

"I might not make it here on time, so I'll talk to Stephen to take you home after the training. But just in case I make it on time, I'll pick you up myself.""Okay. Just take your time and do whatever you want to do. I'll be fine.""You be a good girl, okay? Pay attention, I know it's gonna seem a bit difficult but trust me, you'll live it when you learn it.""I know. Thanks for accepting me as a part of your group, I will make you proud. I promise." She promised."Take care of yourself.""You too." They shared a kiss before she left, waving goodbye at him. He did the same before zooming off for work. When Freya arrived at the business warehouse, her heart pounded in excitement. It feels more like a dream come true, a moment she's been waiting for a long time ago. She knew that this training session would be different, more intense and probably be the best she'd ever had. Since Vincenzo has promised to introduce her to the world of firearms, a skill she knew she needed to master to s

"Congratulations, Miss Bred, you're two weeks pregnant."The words kept resounding in her head. Happiness filled her inside, she couldn't wait until Vincenzo returned. She had wanted to phone him to tell him the good news, but then she wanted it to be an official announcement. When she returned home, she asked for Myra who was pretty busy in the laundry room. However, she sent a maid to call her."Tell her to meet me in my room." I said,Just as she walked into her room, changing her clothes, Myra offered a knock on the door."Please, come in." She permitted.Myra entered. "You sent for me." She said, "Yes, please. I have something interesting to show you. You'll love it, trust me."Myra was already curious to know what this interesting thing would be. "Okay. I'm waiting."Freya took her bag from where she had kept it, she opened it and brought out the white folded paper, handing it to Myra who at first, gave her a curious look."I hope I am safe?""Of course, you are." Freya smiled.
