KERNI walked into the school the next day, still thinking about what Anya had told me last night. I had tried to call Abel, but he had not picked up his call for some reason. I would try to call him again, but I knew that I would be distracted for the rest of the day at this rate. I was about to enter the classroom when I heard some voices. I frowned and stopped to listen."Hey, are you just going to let Anya do whatever she wants, Angela? She has been bold these past few days! I don't know her deal or why she thinks she can do whatever she wants and expect to get away with it!" I heard someone say. I looked into the classroom and saw that it was the girl who had picked a fight with Lydia the other day. She was with Angela and their usual clique."Do you think I want to let her be? I don't know what happened to her since she came back, but it seems that, for some reason, she had decided that she was going to grow a pair of guts. I mean, I thought she was never going to come back s

ANYALydia and I were walking to classes together."Oh my God, I have a terrible headache! Why did you even let me drink so much last night? It would be best if you had stopped me," Lydia complained. I smiled when she asked me this. "You know that no one can stop you when you start drinking, right? It's like you are on a mission to finish all of the alcohol that you can find," I told her. Lydia shook her head. "Forget it, forget it. I will take some drugs from the school clinic. Some drugs for a headache, anyway. If I had known that my headaches were going to be so horrible, then I wouldn't have come to classes today!" She said. "Well, this should teach you to drink responsibly next time. You really need to be careful with the alcohol intake, or else you are just going to have no one to blame but yourself when you have to deal with your hangover," I said to her. Lydia sighed. "Hey, I can't remember everything that happened last night. I remember that I may have said something I s

ANYAI woke up feeling a very terrible headache, and it was as if I had been run over by a truck. My entire body hurt, and I found it difficult to move. I opened my eyes slowly, but what hit me was darkness. It took me about 5 minutes to get used to the darkness and realise that there seemed to be only a small vent window in the room. I soon realised why I could not move. It was because I was tied to a chair. I didn't need anyone to tell me that I had been kidnapped at this point! I remembered that I had just gone to the bathroom because I needed a break, and someone placed a handkerchief on my face. I passed out immediately. But who could have done that to me? Only a few people here would want to hurt me, including Angela and her friends. But it was just some girl fighting, and they did not need to go as far as kidnapping me, right? It just did not make sense to me. Who did this?!."Hey! Who is there? If you want to talk, you can come out and talk to me! Don't be such a coward

KERNI stood in front of an uncompleted building with Lydia and Derrick. Derrick had a cold look on his face. "Hey, are you sure they will be in here?" Lydia asked. Derrick nodded his head. "Yes. This building belongs to Angela's father. It's a new mall that he has been developing for the past six months. If she is going to commit any crime, she is going to bring Anya here because no one could search this place without permission from her father," Derrick said. I sneered. "So you are saying that she can commit any crime you want and get away with it. She can do anything and won't have to pay for it, right?" I asked. The more I thought about it, the more angrier I got. I was so mad I wanted to bash someone's head against a wall. Preferably Angela. How dare she? Derrick looked at me. "I know that it makes you angry. It also angers me that she can do whatever she wants and doesn't have to face the consequences of her actions, but it is just what it is. Her father is one of the rich

ANYA “You said that Sophia was the one who brought you here, right?” Kern asked me. I nodded my head because it was true. “Yes. It is true. I thought she would just be mad after what happened and try to bully me in school as payback for it. I never thought that she would go so far as to try and kidnap me just to prove a point,” I said. Kern turned to Derrick after I said this. “Tell Angela that this is not over. I am surely going to make her pay for what she did!” Kern said. With that, he took my hand and pulled me outsideLydia followed closely behind us, and she got into the car, tooI thought he would wait for Derrick to come before leaving, but he started the car without him and drove away. “Hey….are we just going to leave Derrick there?” I asked. I did not know why Kern seemed to be mad at Derrick. He did not do anything wrong. And even if Angela was connected to this, it was not Derrick's fault.“I am sure that he’d be able to find his way back. Their family is rich a
