Lisa drove the children to Ryan's house for Kira's party. Ryan's mansion was big and luxurious, they had to pass a big gate at the front before they arrived here. The front yard was already decorated with balloons and ribbons. She wasn't surprised to see that the party had already started, there were people whom she had never met before with their children, the women were dressed in expensive dresses and jewelry, and the men had suits whose designs probably cost more than the average person's salary. Apart from the children running around the place playing, she would have thought this was a birthday party at all. The atmosphere was too tense, she would have assumed this was a business meeting of some sort seeing just how many men and women were there." Alright, come down " Lisa helped Alex out of the car. Her daughter was dressed in a pink dress that fell above her knees, the design was a bit similar to the one she had made for Kira. Maybe the girls would bond over that. " There are

Lisa's head was aching, she could hardly open her eyes, yet she had to force herself to remain in her wake. She thought of her children and knew immediately that she had to get them out, she needed to keep them safe. Lisa managed to pull her seatbelt off, she had hit her head against the steering due to the impact, and she could feel blood on her skin." A...Asher, Alex? Are you alright? "" Mom " Alex's voice was shaky. She was holding onto Asher " My leg hurts "" It's okay, don't be scared. Let me..." Before she could finish talking, the back door of the car was yanked off and a hand reached forward to grab Alex. Alex screamed and tried to get away but the man was too powerful. Another man also dragged Asher out of the car. Lisa's heart started beating fast in her chest when she saw her children being taken away! She screamed and pushed her way out of the car. She fell on her knees the moment she was out, her head was hurting so much and she had lost a lot of blood which made it ha

" They want to meet together with me, i have no idea what Kerina is planning, but it can't be good since she had to kidnap my children for it." Killian at the letter in his hand, was holding himself back from tearing it apart. He had expected that the Queen of the rogues would reach out to him, but he never thought that she would make demands. She wanted him to go to the Rogue pack without any escort or protection, if he didn't do as she said then she would hurt his children. It was clear that this was a trap, but there was nothing he could do. If he wanted Alex and Asher back in one piece then he would do as she said." It is very dangerous to go to their village alone. Even as a Lycan, you can't possibly win against dozens of them "" I know father, but at this point, I have no other option but to do as she said. I can't anything happen to them. I had promised that I would protect them no matter what, and I will fulfill my promise. Besides, as vengeful as Kerina might be, she knows

They got back to the palace, and Lisa excitedly went to embrace her children, she was crying tears of joy when she saw that they were unharmed. " What happened? how did you get them back so easily " she asked him. Lisa had at least expected there to be a fight from the Rogues, but they had come back safe and sound, she was grateful for that but was also worried that something else might have happened. Why would Queen Kerina bother kidnapping the children if she was just going to let them go? It didn't make any sense." It wasn't anything important. Kerina just wanted us to supply them with some things they needed, their pack is going through a very hard time lately and she was afraid that no one would help, so she had decided to draw my attention to them " Killian said, he reached out a held Lisa's hand " I apologize Mi sol-ache, it's not ideal to help the people who hurt you and the children, but I can't forget my duties as the Lycan King, they might have been outcast from our Kingdo

I3 years later....Kira waited in a restaurant for Evan to show up. She had been waiting for nearly an hour now but her mate was nowhere to be seen. She took out her phone and called his number, the phone rang for a long time but he didn't pick up, she had sent him several texts but he didn't even read those. She sighed. What could he possibly be doing? She knew he had taken over for his mother as the leader of the Rogues and that he had duties to fulfill. But he should still have time to spend with her, their making ceremony was coming up very soon, and she at least wanted to down a bit of time with him first. She and Evan had been a couple for as long as she could remember, it had started as friendship when they were Nine, be Evan had told her he liked her at 15. At that time Kira had already developed a huge crush on time, it was almost as big as the one she had on Asher. But she knew Asher would never want her like that, so she accounted for Evan's proposal. But she somehow felt l
