Tobias' POVThe three knocks of the door have woken me up from thinking so deeply. I put down my glass of vodka to see who came in. It was Raven, my beta.“How has she been doing these past three days?” I was referring to Beatrice.Time flies so fast. It's been three days since I rescued her from her supposed death and it has been three days when I avoided her.“Well… Your pretty little distraction was doing so great.” Raven said with a smirk on his lips. I shook my head and drank my glass again. He walked to my table and occupied the chair in front of me. I know this man. He is here to tease me again. F*ck.“What do you really want from me, Raven? Don't you have duties?” I asked in irritation. Raven chuckles at me. “Come on, Tobias. I know you wanted to see her so badly. There's nothing to worry about because she was your wife, right?” I furrowed my brows from what he said.If there's someone whom I am so close with, it was Raven. We've been together for so long now. He's not just

Beatrice's POVHeart was throbbing so fast as I had digested what the alpha had told me. I am looking at him directly with his ocean blue eyes. This alpha has beautiful eyes. I'm sure that all women who would have eye contact with Tobias will eventually fall.“Beatrice,” He called me by name. “I am asking you about my gift.” Tobias added. There was a smirk on his lips and I suddenly swallowed my saliva upon staring at his lips. Damn. His lips were tempting me to kiss it. I wanted to feel his lips against mine, but this is all wrong. My imagination was getting exaggerated. I pushed him away before I could forget myself.“I… I didn't have my gift, Alpha Tobias,” I bowed down my head to hide my face. But then, he lifted my chin which made me look at him. He's staring at me deep into my eyes and I couldn't take my eyes away from him. I wanted to stare at him until I was tired of staring at him.“This…” he pointed to my lips. “This is what I want for my special day.”My jaw dropped to th

Beatrice's POVIt has been a week since that event between me and Alpha Tobias had happened. I was grateful because that day, Alpha Tobias had some important things to do. He left the pack with some of his men and just left Beta Raven to take good care of the pack while he was not around. I didn't know where he was and had no plan of knowing where he went. Today, me and Vera were at the village trying to join the slaves of Alpha Tobias as they fed the children in this pack. I was kind of enjoying this event because I was given the chance to meet all the werewolves living here.“Beatrice,” I turned my head to the little boy who called my name. “You are so beautiful.” He added. I can't stop chuckling from what he said. “Thank you, Apollo.” I responded, but he's still looking at me.This time, I decided to kneel to label myself to him. He's not moving from his position, but it's not a problem because he's the last one on the line. “Can I marry you when I grow up?” Apollo asked me and

Beatrice's POVI couldn't imagine myself joining a powerful pack as they conquer the territory of their enemies. Alpha Tobias' pack has been known for being powerful. I still wondered until now why he hated his twin brother. We are already on our way to the neighboring pack. Tobias with his pack guards were just silently walking in the forest. No one speaks from them neither does Tobias. I just can't stand in this kind of silence.“Are we near?” I asked. Tobias turned his head in my direction and he raised his brows. I gulped upon seeing his reaction.“Can't you see we are still in the middle of the forest, Beatrice.” Tobias responded. I pouted and crossed my arms. He kept on walking, so I decided to shut my mouth and follow him silently. Trisha, who heard what Tobias had mentioned, suddenly laughed.“You better zip your mouth, Be. Tobias might get annoyed and he left us in the forest.” Trisha said, so I keep rolling my eyes. I didn't respond to her. My eyes were on the ground and di

Beatrice's POVA loud gunshot echoed to my ears while I was in Tobias arms. He continued his plan of killing the alpha of the Emerald Pack. I tried to stop him earlier, but I couldn't.“You can let go of me now.” I immediately let go of Tobias when he spoke. My face blushed. I avoided my face from him.I took out a deep breath as my eyes turned at the dead alpha on the ground. His blood scattered everywhere, and when I turned my head to the werewolves of the Emerald Pack, I noticed one thing. They aren't shocked nor hurt upon seeing their leader's lifeless body to the ground. “You are all safe now.” Tobias said to those werewolves in front of us.“A-Alpha Tobias, what will happen to us now?” One of them asked and Tobias arched his brows. He took a deep breath before replying.Tobias went close in their direction and all of the werewolves from this pack focused their eyes to the alpha in front of them.“I have already owned this pack after I took it from your monster alpha and all of
