ROSS'S POV:“I have plans tonight.” I told her honestly as I had finally completed one of the bed stands and the toys had arrived, so I had to set up the doll houses, and other parts of the room.“With? Let me guess with that painter you have been seeing.” I chuckled at the fact that my mum referred to an artist as a painter with disgust like Nina who she wanted me to be with so badly had anything she could do.“No. If there's nothing else, it was nice to see you two but I have to get back to work.” I dismissed and my mum exhaled deeply with worry written on her face.“God forbid you die alone but you're on the path. And when will I have Grandchildren? Have you thought about me? Look at a gem I have presented to you for years and we keep having this conversation again and again…” Stressed lines formed on my mother's forehead and I just stared at her with a goofy smile. “I had a gem but you ruined it. So think about that when you go back home.” She shook her head at me and stormed out

TERRA'S POV:“I'm nervous, any tips? You look beautiful by the way.” He asked and I just scoffed.“All I can tell you is Goodluck and did you read the instructions on what they like and do not like?” I asked, looking straight ahead and he hummed. “Okay then.” I rolled up my window, shutting down any other way the conversation was going to continue. It was just two minutes till the kids were done, what else did he want me to say? You can do this? Oh please, I got no goodluck from him when I was raising them.Soon after, I saw the kids from afar and they had huge grins on their face, so I hopped out of the car and Ross was already out of his own car. “Hi Mummy.” I bent down and the twins gave me huge kisses on my cheek. Ross was not too far behind as I could smell his cologne, he still had not changed his scent after seven years. I hadn't really changed mine either. But the fact that nothing about had really changed except he looked a little bit older and was maybe a little bit more

3RD POV:Despite how mean the kids were, he understood them and all he wanted was to get close to them and he knew he could achieve the father-son, father-daughter relationship between them. So he was going to keep sending gifts, popping up at their school, taking them to fun places as long as Terra and the twins let him.Tonight he had planned a game of cards and after the day at the park, Terra had spoken to them about being mean and to tune it down a little bit. And they obliged which is why they were nonchalantly sitting next to him while eating the box of pizza he had brought on his way here.He stretched his neck to catch a glimpse of Terra through the kid's iPad and when he did meet eyes with her he was amazed beyond words. The kids had turned around when they heard him say, “Wow.”“Could have been all yours if you were good to her.” Eric pointed out and Grandpa Philip who was watching the news couldn't help but chortle at Eric's comment.‘I think these kids were sent to me to

TERRA'S POV:After exchanging goodbyes, I hung up and the smell of food made my stomach growl. The maid informed me it was ready. As I ate my breakfast, I smiled at how great it was and thought about all I could do today. Then I resolved that I would just spend time with my fam…with my kids and see how the new amusement park was.I can't believe I was about to call us a family. I opened my iPad and saw millions of pictures of myself stepping in, leaving, speaking to the audience which I still thought could have given more and I saved the ones I loved the most and continued looking at myself in pure admiration. **********FOUR HOURS LATER:I had let Ross know earlier that I was coming but requested he kept it a secret to the twins. It was currently 2 p.m when I arrived at the amusement park and I was amazed at how many cars were parked. I almost didn't find where to park my Tesla. I was dressed in blue jeans and matching with a white cute top and on my feets were new nikes. I felt cu

JAME'S POV:First surprise was utterly pleasant. On Saturday I was amazed, astonished, when I saw Whitney arriving at the dinner party looking different. She dressed differently but she looked precious and perfect, and rather than a regular mean and rude behavior, she was shy and nervous and even sweet. I didn't even know how to act around her and I couldn't even begin to describe how beautifully her body was in that dress, it seemed like it was perfectly made for her.Our entire conversation that night was different and by the end of the night, I almost gave her a kiss but let's just say, I didn't because her regular version terrified me and I feared I was going to get slapped. Now things have been awkward between us all day but she was back to being mean and maybe it was for the best.On another hand, later this week, Ivy and I were ‘supposedly’ going to be meeting the entire Lauder family, my step-siblings, and his wife. But I didn't want to and I was a grown man so I could do what
