Chapter Twelve Killian “Have they consented to my offer?” I asked Quinn while I fixated my eyes on my laptop. “They have declined sir”! “Okay” I concluded. “What do you plan on doing sir?” “Leave that to me Quinn” She took her leave and I was left alone. I took another look at the laptop and continued selecting a few of the dresses I would love for Desiree to try on. She is a size 8 with a delicate shape, and I just felt it would be a pleasure to see her try on a few dresses. After-all , I spend my money on her. “Oh ma'am, good day, how can I help you?” Alex's voice echoed through the office. Who was he talking to???? As if reading my mind he walked up to my desk and wrote down a name on a piece of paper. Desiree. My heart skipped a beat at the thought of her. “He is not available now…. I signalled for him to add that I was meeting with her tonight. “...but be sure to know that he would love to meet up with you tonight, same time” and he hung up. “Your choice of wo

Chapter Fourteen Desiree I woke up in the arms of the man I despised the most. Killian Donovan. The only thing I didn’t despise was his warmth. I slowly sneaked out of bed. I opened up my eyes fully and my eyes landed on a beautiful mess. The man beside me was a beautiful mess. His hair. Dangled playful across his face and his face was so relaxed, baby-like but yet had the definition of masculinity. He even looked hotter than when he was awake. I found myself gushing over how light his breathing is in sleep. My eyes trailed down to his bare chest, observing his little nipples that just stood there looking at me. I trailed his tattoos with my fingers and I know he was supposed to feel it, but my body was getting the tingles instead. I pulled myself away from my trance, got out of bed and began to find my things. I looked around the room and the room was a MESS, my cheeks burned red while I reminisced about the previous night. I began to pick up stuff silently, and i

Chapter Sixteen Desiree I stormed out of the room with my head high, yes it was true. Killian can't own forever ; he needed to know that, what authority does he have to order me around. I pressed down the buttons to the elevator angrily and continuously. “I own you, I pay you to please me” Really was that was all the good treatment was about. The clothes, the smiles and the whole hot and steamy moments. I stormed into the elevator, I watched as the elevator door closed up. Somehow, a part of me wished he chased after me, but this ain't no fairytale. A part of me was seriously wishing all he said to me was true, I wished he really liked me. My phone buzzed up in the midst of my anger episode, it was Lois. “Going freaky again?” Her message read. The elevator door opened up to the 2nd floor, and the first person I met with was Lois. “Desiree David, Tell me everything I need to knowwwwww!”” She giggled. “All you need to know now is the fact that I hate Killian Donovan wit

Chapter Eighteen Desiree… Tell you?? I can only show you!” Killian pulled me to himself and in an instance our two worlds collided as her lips went in sync, I felt my nerves relax as that warm feeling grazed my skin. His lips felt warm against mine, aggressively yet passionately, if there was more to explore in his mouth, my tongue wouldn't think twice. He pulled away from the kiss and looked at me deep in the eyes.. “Tell me you hate me again” he whispered. I just stood there motionless, my brain and thinking faculty just went out the window. His eyes wanted an answer that I couldn't give, his heartbeat threatening to jump out of his chest. With no answer, I pulled him into another kiss again this time more passionately than the last, his hands worked recklessly on my curves, I felt every touch of his. He wanted this, he wanted me, and so did I. And I just hate him in an unruly way, I hate the way I feel when our worlds collide, I hate the way he sucked in all my nuisances,

Chapter Twenty Desiree“I saw what happened there with you and Alex, wanna talk about it?” I teased Lois who on her way to church bought 2 boxes of pizza.“I don't know what you're talking about” “You know, whenever you lie, your lips curl up,” I pointed out. This was actually very true. She looked at me like I had grown ten extra ears.“I don't like him” She denied again trying so hard not to make her lips curl.I shrugged and decided to drop it there.“What did he come to do, yesterday?” She asked, dipping a slice of pizza in her mouth.“Oh he came to deliver a few boxes for me from Killian?”I ran to the bedroom and brought out the boxes, it even seemed like he had bought more.I brought out the clothes one by one, He even bought some shoes with it.“I'm starting to think this is more than just sleeping with Killian, cause Whattttt!” Lois screamed.I brought out the check from one of the bads where I had put it.I just had the nudge to look at it .“What?” I exclaimed seeing the
