Orion had my request blantanly declined. He didn't even let me explain the reason behind my desire to adopt Benjamin. That night, after I had my bathe, I went straight to bed. Orion and I didn't say another word to each other, even the following morning. He just had his bathe, wore his cloths and went out for another meeting. He has been attending to different meetings and hasn't given time or attention to his family and also to me.." Did you have an argument with my brother?". I was at the kitchen when Nova walked in and asked me. ." How do you find out , did he tell you?". I cautiously asked her..." Nope, but, I saw him looking sad as he left the house". She explained to me.."So, tell me, what happened?". She asked again..I had no choice but to tell the truth. I wanted Benjamin as my child and strangely Orion didn't buy the idea, he didn't even let me speak and it was as annoying when I think about out " Okay, I understand". A grin on her face..It was suspicious, so

Orion came home in the evening and I told him everything, he was a little startled by the fact that we had just adopted a vampire son, who is also a witch.." Should we be worried?". He asked me, since it was my Idea.." Nope, Benjamin's a good boy, don't mix up any weird thoughts". I said and then grabbed the empty glass on the table, taking it back to the kitchen..I was there when he walked in and asked for a glass of water, Benjamin complained that he couldn't sleep and wanted something that can help him ease the tension he felt.." Would you like some fruit juice and cookies?". After giving him the glass of water, I asked." Okay," he sat on the chair, " thanks, Mom ". He said..I walked to the refrigerator, took out the pack of fruit juice and then poured it into another empty glass, I also grabbed the cookies, spread them on the plate and brought it to him on the table .." Will this be enough?". I was willing to add more cookies and more juice for him " Yes, Mom, thank you,

That evening, I could see how desperately Nova wanted her dinner plans to be a success..She had me putting on flower's everywhere and also make sure that the food were already prepared. I did everything and afterwards, Orion and his mother came back from their meetings. " Are we having a guests!". Mother-in-law asked me, I couldn't say anything and so I had her attention diverted to her daughter when I said, " Nova, please, tell us". .Nova eyed me, and then responded to her mother.." Okay, I invited Adam and his girlfriend home for tonight ". She answered their questions..." Adam; your Adam?". Her mom asked her.I was hoping that she wouldn't want to tell the truth, however , she was moved to spill the truth that happened between her and Adam. " So, it was basically your fault?". The counterance on her mother's face darkened. It was so clear that she blamed her daughter for putting an end to her engagement...We couldn't say anything more because the guests had already arr

Orion came back from the pack and I had to tell him what happened at the party, and instead he'd repremended his son, he acknowledged his mistakes as growing up and being a man _ he literally held the neck of a little boy and literally almost strangled him, what does he know about being a man? " Hey, calm down and let's focus on important things?". He kissed me on the forehead and goes into the bathroom to freshen up. .Before retiring to bed, I stoped at my son's bedroom. Benjamin was fast asleep, his left hand felt like he was falling off and when I rushed over and properly put it in place, I felt some kind of tension in his hand..Don't know why? But whatever happened at the party freaked me out, for a moment, Benjamin didn't feel like himself; it was as if something possessed him and he had to act out by strangling the neck of his fellow students...I came back to my room after fetching myself a glass of water and then went to sleep. The following morning, Orion and I decided

After getting to spend time with Anna and her beautiful daughter, Orion drove us back home. Benjamin rushed to his bedroom and strangely, he was set in a good mood.." Do you think, Benjamin would grow up to fall in love with Anna's daughter?". As we approached the door to our bedroom I was compelled to ask him. " Maybe, or they might just be friends '. He answered my question and then went into our bedroom _ I was just about entering when I met Nova leaving the room, she looked all dressed up and it was evident that she was heading out for the evening..." Hey, you good?". I yelled quite loud enough for her to hear me .." Of cause, I'm going out". She waved at me and then went down the stairs...Orion had already removed his jacket. He always leaves them on the bed, and then sleeps so widely till the following morning..The next day, Orion woke me up and it was very early in the morning. He asked me to follow him to the store to get a few items for his mom's birthday, I had
