Lahat ng Kabanata ng My Ex-Husband's Brother : Kabanata 121 - Kabanata 130

Chapter 133.Ria's POVI knew it was Jade. I knew that she was going to be the one responsible for all of these. I knew how heartless she was and how she would be able to carry out these crimes without feeling guilty. She was really heartless. Her initial plan was to kill me, but since that got to fail, he decided to save him so that she wouldn't kill me anymore. How was she going through react when she got to realize that he is alive? She would want him back and she will what to kill me again.I totally understood all what he told me, but why did he have to hide everything from me? He acted like he knew nothing about it which made me more disappointed in him.He could have just said what the issue was and nothing was going to happen between us. That wasn't going to take him anything. "You should have told me about it then. Was it going to take you anything? We could have had him together, and that wasn't going to be a problem." I mentioned hitting his shoulder softly."What is going

Chapter 135Ria's POV."You can't just talk without telling us where they got to source from and without showing us enough evidence. Do you expect us to believe that bullshit which you had just said?" One of them in room questioned.I wasn't expecting them to believe me without evidence, and that was the main reason why I brought the evidence with me. "That's why I brought an evidence alongside with me." I was happy Luca told me something like this before the accident. I took the flash drive while I walked towards the podium that was in the shareholders meeting room. I inserted it into the laptop, which I had found there, and then showed them the evidence of the slush funds."Whatever she is about to show you isn't true! You shouldn't believe lies like that. They are all lies—" Miguel kept on ranting before Luca cut him off"Just calm down, why are you so tensed if you believe they are are all lies. Or are you really guilty of the crimes that you are being accused of?" He questioned

Chapter 137Ria's POV.We collapsed at each other's side right on the bed while we stared at each other with a smile on our faces."Thank you very much." I turned over while my body was on his as I stared at him."Anything for you, princess." He mentioned, while his hands touched my cheeks. He moved my body closer to his whole his hands wrapped then like I was a baby."We should go to the hospital so the doctor can do some scans since the proper ones weren't done when you were living with him." I urged Luca. I have been telling him all these days, but it looks like he isn't interested.I needed to know more about the amnesia and the kind of amnesia that he has."Alright then. When is that going to be?" He questioned."Tomorrow."A message popped up on my phone while I rolled to the other side to check."You should come over with your husband. We would love to confirm a few things from you about Mr. Miguel." The police had texted us over the phone while I tried to understand what he wa

Chapter 139Ria's POV.*THE NEXT DAY*We were all sitting in the shareholder's meeting room again. My hand was holding Luca's hand under the table while I hoped that everything was going to go in favour today. She had been smiling and staring at Luca all day long, and I'm scared that she must have figured out one or two things. I tried calling Finn yesterday, but he wasn't saying anything. The fact that he hasn't reached out in days was really bothersome too.It seemed like he must have betrayed us. There was no single reporter in the room, which made things more suspicious. Jade was the one who would want to make something like this be a memorable one.It was like a secret meeting being held, and things would be filtered for the reporters to post. It only happens once in a blue moon. The man who was in change of the conducting the elections walked in."After what happened the other day, most of the shareholders decided to let those who have always been the rulers continue ruling over

Chapter 131Liam's POV.I stood next to Zoa. while I watched her as she packed all her clothes and everything else that you had brought for her for the past few days. She didn't want me to help her pack, and it was totally understandable. The doctor said that she was going to be discharged today and she should be well taken care of.I planned on driving her home even though she insisted. I was still going to take her and she can't change my mind about that."You are still here." She muttered."Yes! This is the right way for me to pay back for all that I have done to you." I mentioned it to her, crossing my arms underneath my chest. We haven't really been talking well ever since that incident. We haven't had a proper discussion either.I have been with her for the past few days, and I barely have time to rest or to do other work. I always happened to work in the hospital room. Her phone started ringing as she was about to zip her bag."You don't have to get it; I will do that for you.
