Lahat ng Kabanata ng PROMISE OF THE ALPHA TO THE BLIND LUNA: Kabanata 41 - Kabanata 50

POV: AARONBefore Kemilly took Esmeralda away, the prisoner paused, catching my attention:“Lycan King, have you ever wondered why Hunter never killed her?” Esmeralda said, staring at me. “He used to say he had strange dreams in her presence. Whenever he tried to eliminate her, something stopped him, as if his mind were being manipulated… Her fiancé described the same sensations to the former Alpha. After that, she was imprisoned. Be careful not to be affected by her curse. We don’t know its full extent.” “She’s just a blind wolf. It seems to me they were looking for a plausible excuse to justify their psychopathy!” I growled, surprising everyone. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you, my king. I only wish you the best!” Bowing, Esmeralda resumed walking. Kemilly glanced over her shoulder at me, her brow furrowed as if assessing me

POV: AARONShe moaned in excitement, her scent so overwhelming and close that it made me nauseous. I stood and stepped away, evaluating her figure, her backside paling in comparison to the beautiful image of Callie’s body. My wolf growled in disapproval just as a fierce wind blasted through, slamming the door open. The cold air made Kemilly shiver, her arousal evident, her anticipation to be taken almost palpable. “Do not stray from your destiny, Supreme Alpha,” the deity whispered. “Get dressed,” I growled, resigned, pulling up my pants. “Alpha? Did I do something wrong?” she turned to face me, placing a hand over her left chest, confused. “Do you not want me anymore?” “Your scent irritates me,” I spat, wrinkling my nose. Kemilly hurried toward me, blocking my path with outstretched arms, her desperation pa

POV: AARONNo matter how much I tried to deny it, Callie’s words sent a chill down my spine like a sinister omen. My wolf roared in my mind, confirming her warnings: something terrible was about to happen to my pack—the first one I rebuilt after Hunter’s attack, when one of his followers took over as a false Alpha. The lack of strength and leadership from that imposter was laughable, but no wolf dared to challenge him, fearing Hunter’s wrath and retaliation. Damn him! “Nicoly, send the pictures to the command center of my fleet,” I growled, making her rush off immediately. “Callie, when I return, I want answers. How do you know what’s going to happen?” “I…” She bit her lip, nervously wiping her eyes. “I don’t know how to explain it to you.” “You’d better find a way because it seems you’

POV: CALLIEI sat on the bed for a while, pondering: if Aaron didn’t return, did it mean the end for me? What would the pack do to me in their Alpha’s absence? Would I become prey again? Alarms rang in my mind; my wolf stirred restlessly, growling for us to flee and hide. May the Goddess protect us in the forest—it was better than the uncertainty of the Lycan King's claws. I sniffed the air, detecting the nuances of scents. There was only one wolf standing guard at the door. Feeling around, I noticed the window opened easily. I leaned forward, running my hands along the frame to “see” if there was a roof I could climb onto to escape. Nervously, I placed one foot, then the other, on the ledge, gripping the sides as my sense of smell worked overtime. Suddenly, the door burst open with a loud bang, and the nauseating scent along with Kemilly’s shrill, irritating voice filled the room hysterically.“You ungrate

POV: AARONWe returned to the pack, and while the wolves were already tending to their wounds, my wolf dragged us toward her, on high alert, compelled by a primal need to protect her. When I reached the room, I saw the guard laughing at the scene, but his expression shifted the moment he noticed my presence. He dropped to his knees. “My King…” he murmured reverently. I strode forward in long, purposeful steps, pulling Kemilly back when I realized that Callie had overpowered her and was moments away from taking her life. Pride swelled in my chest at the sight—a raw satisfaction that brought a faint smile to my lips. She wasn’t weak, merely dormant, paralyzed by fear until now. “That’s enough, little wolf!” I growled, commanding her attention, watching as she stood there furious, visibly struggling to control her inner wolf. Her arms bore deep cut
