Lahat ng Kabanata ng Pucked by Alphas: The Omega Hockey Tomboy: Kabanata 11 - Kabanata 20

ANTALYA'S POVMy hands moved faster than my brain, grabbing the first piece of clothing I could reach—my oversized training shirt. I yanked it over my head so quickly that I nearly strangled myself with the neckline, the unfinished bandages creating an obvious bulge across my chest.Oh God, oh God, this is it. He knows. I'm dead."Well, well," Raymond said, his voice dropping to that dangerously low tone that made my stomach flip. "What do we have here?"I pressed my back against the bathroom wall, clutching the shirt fabric like it could somehow make me invisible. "It's not what you think!""Really?" He took a step closer, his eyes fixed on the obvious bulk beneath my shirt. "Because what I think is that my mysterious roommate has been hiding something very interesting under all those baggy clothes.""Stay back!" I squeaked, my voice cracking embarrassingly. But Raymond kept advancing, that predatory smile spreading across his face like he'd just discovered the world's most fascinati

ANTALYA'S POVThe words hit me like a slap shot to the chest, knocking all the air from my lungs. Raymond's piercing blue eyes searched my face, waiting for a reaction, and I could practically see the wheels turning in his head as he put the pieces together. He knows. Oh God, he actually knows. My mind raced frantically, trying to find some way out of this nightmare. If Raymond figured out I was a woman, it would all be over. I'd be kicked off the team, exposed, and probably dragged back to face Dominic Blackwood's wrath."That's..." I started, my voice coming out as a squeak before I cleared my throat and tried again. "That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.""Is it?" Raymond's grip on my hand tightened slightly, his thumb tracing over my knuckles in a way that sent unwelcome shivers up my arm. "Because everything about you screams female to me."Think, Antalya. Think like a guy would think."Look, I know I'm not exactly the manliest guy on the team," I said, forcing my voi

ANTALYA'S POV"Everyone out," I said again, my voice deadly calm despite the fury boiling inside me. "Now."But Raymond just leaned back against the wall, that infuriating smirk never leaving his face. "Actually, no. This is my room too, and I say the party stays."My hands clenched into fists at my sides. How dare he?"Raymond, I'm serious," I warned, my voice shaking with barely contained rage. "I need to sleep. We have practice tomorrow at seven.""Sleep is overrated, Lance," Derek called out, waving his beer bottle in the air. "Live a little!""Yeah, man," another guy added, whose name I thought was Marcus. "You're always so uptight. When's the last time you actually had fun?"Fun? This is my worst nightmare."I have fun," I snapped. "Just not like this.""Prove it," Raymond said, pushing himself off the wall with fluid grace. Before I could react, he grabbed my arm and dragged me toward the center of the room. "Come on, boys, let's help our roommate loosen up a bit."No, no, no.

ANTALYA'S POVHe's actually going to fight all three of them. For me.Raymond stopped just a few feet away from us, his blue eyes blazing with cold fury. The air around him seemed to crackle with dangerous energy, and I could feel Tyler's grip on my arm loosening even more."I said let him go," Raymond repeated, his voice deadly quiet.Tyler's face flushed red with anger. "Who the hell do you think you are, Alfonso? You can't just—""I think I'm someone whose family your daddy owes a very large debt to," Raymond cut him off smoothly. "Would you like me to call my father and remind him about that?"His family. Of course. Even these bullies are afraid of the Alfonso name. The color drained from Tyler's face instantly. Blake and Marcus exchanged nervous glances, clearly recognizing the threat for what it was."This is bullshit," Blake muttered, but he was already backing away."Life's full of disappointments," Raymond replied with that shark-like smile. "Now, I believe you gentlemen were

ANTALYA'S POVRaymond's hand went slack around my throat, his face going completely white.Oh God. I just made everything so much worse."What did you just say?" Raymond's voice was barely a whisper, his blue eyes wide with shock.I gasped for air, my throat burning from his grip. "I... I was supposed to marry into your family.""That's impossible," Raymond said, but his voice lacked conviction. "You're lying again."He doesn't believe me. Of course he doesn't believe me."I'm not lying," I croaked, my voice hoarse. "Why would I make up something like that?"Raymond released me completely, stepping back like I was something toxic. "Because you're a manipulative little—""Look at me," I interrupted, my hands moving to my hair. "Really look at me."This is it. No more hiding. With trembling fingers, I pulled at the edges of what Raymond thought was my natural hairline. The short-cropped hair came away in my hands, revealing it for what it truly was - a carefully constructed wig.My real
