“Okay, that’s enough. Let’s go back home now!” Max says between breaths. He has just shifted into his human form, sweat dripping down his face. “No way!” I shake my head, already bracing for another run. “Max, you need to get up. One more stretch, please.” “No.” He swallows hard, pushing himself to his feet. “You run like the wind.
