Lahat ng Kabanata ng RISEN: THE LYCAN PRINCESS: Kabanata 121 - Kabanata 130

Elisa D´AngeloWe sat to eat. Acacia made a tuna pie that was both delicious and decadent. I have no idea how she manages to cook such delicious food, but at this rate, I am going to gain several pounds, because I don't seem to be able to just get one portion where her food is concerned."This is Urien´s favorite," she said, and I smiled."It is really good," I said, and he nodded."I only come here for the food, right, Grandma?" he joked, and she beamed."Of course, whatever they feed you in that campground is not delicious like my food," Acacia said, and I smiled.Urien Dragnoir was handsome, and somehow I felt so attracted to him that it was scary; that's why I ran away as soon as I saw him. My Lycan has been dormant since I left the three alphas, and according to Allegra, it is natural because she is feeling the withdrawal of the spell they had placed on me. To my Lycan, those are her mates, and she is suffering both their absence and ex

Elisa D´AngeloHe slowly, as if I would break, lowered his lips on mine, and my entire world collapsed. If I ever thought I could love the three alphas, I was completely wrong.Fresh mint breath fanned over my lips. Tenderly pressing them into mine, one arm going around my waist, pulling me into his body. My body, responsive molding against his, my hands around his neck, grounding me, caressing the hair at his nape, fingers digging into the silkiness of his locks. My Lycan whimpered, not in pain but with need. "What is happening?" I asked her, finally coming back to me after a grieving period, where she had autoexiled herself from our life."Mine," she said, and I almost gasped, breaking the kiss."Are you sure?" I asked, and she whimpered again,"I was sure the last time..." she said, and I understood that she was afraid of making the same mistake twice. Last time, we were at a Moon Ball, where we w

Elisa D´AngeloWe made our way back to the house, and a smirking Acacia greeted us. "So, how was the barn?" she asked in a sing-song voice that told me that, as Urien predicted, she had planned the whole thing."Grandma... you must stop playing matchmaker with me and my brothers. Destiny and fate will take care of it... Let it take its own course," Urien said, and she nodded."But I am in quite a rush... I want to see you all settled," Acacia pouted and then added, "Besides, I was not wrong." Her eyes flashed with that naughty glow that made anyone around me blush."It's been a long day," I said, and Acacia smiled, and her eyes glowed like the cat that got the cream."The rooms are soundproof..." she said, and Urien grunted."Grandma, behave..." he said and then turned to me with soft eyes. "Good ni

Elisa D´AngeloAfter breakfast, the guys went away, talking cheerfully about fixing the fence their grandmother needed to work on. I loved how my mate and his brothers were always available to ease the workload around the farm for Acacia.I became busy washing dishes when I felt Acacia's eyes bore into me. "So, you and my grandson... are there any great-grandbabies coming up soon?" she said, and I laughed."All in due time, Acacia..." I said, trying to keep it simple and allowing her to wander about whatever Urien and I had."Good, get to know each other better, before kids can come..." she said, and I smiled. I was not expecting her to say something like that, and yet, it sounded solid and sincere advice, which I nodded in agreement."I don't want to pry..." is the opening of a line that always tells you that the following words are exactly that, prying. "But, was it good?" she said, and I took a deep breath."Acacia, that is prying..

Elisa D´AngeloThe way the guys looked at Acacia was worth every bit of the effort. Yes, she was glowing, and she only needed a little push to get out of that gray comfort zone. She is a woman, and as such, she needs to treasure her inner light."Then, with you guys looking like this... we'd better step up..." Lugh said, and I smiled."Go, get ready, because we are eager to go to bingo night," I said, and then Peyton added."We will, Ma´am, but I think Bingo night is too little for the way you dressed up tonight... maybe some bingo and dinner?" he said, faking a western accent, and I nodded. Acacia beamed, and I loved the way her energy transformed. She was already a lovely lady; now she will be a powerhouse, unstoppable, confident."I don't know how to thank you, Elisa..." She held my hands with gratitude."You don't have to do anything. You are already doing so much for me. You opened your home and your heart to me... and that is enough..." I smiled, "More than enough," I added, and
