Enna POV“Your water broke! Are you kidding me right now?” I asked over the phone.Tiff then answers the phone, “Enna, I just grabbed the phone from Luna. The guards are helping me get her to the hospital. I don’t care what you have to do, find Alpha Jaxon and get his ass back here!” She said and the phone line disconnected. This cannot be happening right now! I rush back to the Crane and the elders. They are in the middle of speaking and I interrupt them abruptly. “Elders, my apologies for interrupting. There are two emergencies happening at the same time right now.” I said.Crane’s face becomes serious, “What happened, Beta Enna?”All three faces are on me, so I take a deep breath. “First, the women are on their way, but Matt said that Alpha Jaxon is missing and he and the guards are trying to locate him.” Then I dropped the bombshell, “And Luna Sable’s water just broke and she is in labor. The guards are rushing her to the hospital. I need to get in contact with Matt, and we need to

Mystery POVJasper is an idiot. Power driven, but keeps tripping over his own feet. All he had to do was capture and hide Jaxon and Matt. Without the two leading ranked members of Winter Moon, their pack would have fallen immediately. Not only did he fail, but now Jaxon is on his way back to Winter Moon.I don’t care that his mate is in labor. I don’t care about his mate at all if I’m being honest. I just want Winter Moon to fall. It’s an obstacle in my way and I need it removed. The idea is for Jasper to get the Alpha King position. Then I was going to expose him and challenge him for the position and take over as Alpha King. Then I would have retribution for the past. The elders would be gone and my people would be in place. With Jasper being captured, I now have to stage an escape or find a replacement. Maybe I find the replacement and tell Jasper he out anyway. Luckily, I always think through contingency plans. My plans tend to be solid, but at the same time, they are only as solid

Jaxon POVI’m feeling agitated. I know I’m in a helicopter and this is the quickest possible way back to Sable, but I really don’t want to miss the birth of my twins. We have names picked out and their nursery is ready. I need to be there to welcome them into the world.“How much longer?” I asked the EMT sitting beside me. We are wearing cans and there is a microphone attached for him to hear me.“Not much longer. Probably another ten minutes.” The EMT said.I’m still feeling a little lightheaded, but the EMT put an IV in me to flush out the fucking drugs from Jasper. Rayan is looking at me with a thumbs up and talking through the can microphone that he sees the color returning to my face. I honestly didn’t know it left. When we see Winter Moon in our vision, the tightness in my chest lessens. I’m almost there. I just hope I’m not too late. I want to be there. It’s been hours already and I don’t know how she is doing of how my pups are doing. When we land, the EMT starts removing the I

Jasper POVI’ve been in the dungeon cells of the central council for almost a week. The elders want me to be Alpha King and this doesn’t look good. I was told to be patient and I would be out soon. I don’t know how Malina is doing. I know she is due soon and our daughter will be born. I plan to give her a couple of months to recover before trying for a son again.I can’t do that if I’m stuck in here though. Hopefully I can make it back on time. I did tell my handler that Malina is giving birth soon. I did as I was told, making sure I don’t jeopardize my chances to become Alpha King. I couldn’t have predicted Matt’s weak mate could be the reason I end up being in here. I will take care of her soon enough when I am out of here.It isn’t until night time that I hear guards open the cell block and walk towards my cell. Once they approach my cell, I see a cloaked man.“Leave us.” He says to the guards. The guards bow and leave. The cloaked man leaned against the corridor wall. I feel like h

Jaxon POVI have been spending as much time as I possibly can with Sable and our pups. They are cute as buttons those two. At first, I was afraid I would break them. I never really held babies before. I've always waited until they got older. Even with Jett and Jade’s pups. Holding my own pups though, that has been a totally different feeling. Every time I hold them, I know I would lay down my life for them. Just like I would for Sable. They are my family and mine to love, cherish and protect.Jude has a very tight grip on my fingers when I hold him. It’s very promising. He will grow up to be a fine alpha one day. He is the heir and I will make sure he is prepared. Jordyn on the other hand likes to reach for my cheek. She may not understand that is what she is doing, but every time she does it, I melt.Jordyn looks more like Sable and Jude looks more like me. I can’t wait to see them grow up and grown into their personalities. I bet it will be entertaining as hell and I am ready to laug
