Lahat ng Kabanata ng Rejected, I Mated With Ex's Father: Kabanata 51 - Kabanata 60

THEO’S POV:When we arrived back at my mansion, I quickly washed up and urged Claire to shower.“Go ahead and have a bath, come on. I need you clean and fresh for what I'm going to do to you tonight.”She blushed and turned her back to me. “Help me with the zipper.”I helped her zip down her dress and slipped it off her shoulders, making it pool at her feet. She stepped away from it and tossed it in the laundry basket.I watched her take slow steps to the bathroom and when she was out of view, I sat on the edge of the bed and scrolled through my phone.I could hear the sound of the shower from the bathroom and I couldn't help but imagine Claire's naked body under the shower with beads of water clinging to her skin.I felt like entering the bathroom and taking her there. But I had to refrain myself.I haven't had a female visitor in a while and having Claire around gave me a strange sense of satisfaction. When the shower stopped running, I waited in anticipation, looking at the directi

CLAIRE'S POV:I was in a bit of a bad mood this morning. Theo kept stealing glances at me but I pretended to ignore him.Theo has captured my heart and I just couldn't stop loving him even after he made me angry last night.“Claire,” he called. “Come here, baby.”I hesitated for a moment then went to him.“I'm taking you somewhere this morning. Take that forlorn look off your face and go take a shower.”"You're taking me where?" I asked, blinking at Theo as he pulled me into his arms.“It's a surprise. And you know I never disappoint when it comes to surprises.”I nodded and eagerly entered the bathroom. I quickly washed up and got ready. I wore a navy blue dress, high heels and tied my hair into a loose bum.“You look good as always,” he complemented, making me blush.“It's all thanks to you for being such a darling.”He took my hand and led me to where the helicopter was packed. He patted my back and helped me into the helicopter.Thirty minutes later, the helicopter hovered over a

CLAIRE:I wandered aimlessly through the lush pathways of the island resort, with my arms folded tightly across my chest. I was trying to shake off the hurt from earlier.Seriously, how could Theo do that? I thought I meant something to him. But it's just clear he indeed sees me as nothing but his secretary.Sigh.The salty breeze tickled my skin, but I barely felt it. My mind was spinning too fast, and my heart was in total confusion and hurt.Pregnancy test? Seriously?I wasn’t even sure who I was more upset with—Theo for dragging me to that clinic without even explaining anything properly, or myself for foolishly thinking he loved me."Claire?"I stopped in my tracks, turning to see Alpha Bob approaching. He wore a loose white shirt and shorts, then held a glass of something cool in one hand. The expression on his face shifted from casual to concerned the moment he got a good look at me."Hey, Alpha Bob," I said, managing a weak smile. He gave me a once-over, frowning slightly. "Yo

CLAIRE'S POV:Theo seemed unable to get his hands off me. But deep down, I was still upset. I didn't respond as eagerly as I used to."Claire," Theo called softly as we stepped back into Bob's villa, the warm lights making the room more peaceful than my troubled heart.I glanced over my shoulder at him, with my brows knitted together. "Yes? Is there a problem?”He ran a hand through his thick dark hair, clearly trying to keep calm. "Can we talk—really talk—about the doctor?"I let out a long sigh, kicking off my sandals and flopping onto the plush couch in the living room. "Theo, I'm not sick. I'm not fragile. I feel perfectly fine."He walked over and sat beside me, close enough for our knees to touch. "I know that. It's not about that. It's about making sure you're okay. If there's even the slightest chance you're pregnant, I need to know so I can protect you properly."I turned to face him, and somehow, the softness in his voice made me feel at ease. "So it's about protection now?

CLAIRE:Theo's statement about not getting married ever again ruined my mood but I ate my dinner like everything was okay.As they engaged in various conversations, I didn't say much. I either nodded or smiled when it was necessary.Theo kept stealing glances at me but I ignored him. He has made it absolutely clear that we didn't have a future together. We spent the night in silence because no matter how hard he tried, I wouldn't play with him or allow him to touch me. I needed time to think things through. However, he insisted that I should ensure to play the part I was meant to play in making sure Alpha Bob's marriage proposal to Raquel went as planned.I had no problem doing that.As soon as I woke up, Theo already had breakfast waiting. I brushed my teeth, quickly showered and ate. Then I went in search of Raquel. My duty was to keep her distracted while Bob and Theo planned the event. She seemed quite elated to have my company and wouldn't just stop talking."So, what do you thin
