Lahat ng Kabanata ng Discovering the Wolf: Finding the Bond Mender: Kabanata 121 - Kabanata 130

“We really should have though, given that she is wolfen Although you might not be able to see her just yet. Anders said he’s pretty sure that they haven’t left the room yet, no one is entering his house without permission and so far Sera and Sandy are the only ones that have been allowed. Don’t know if you being her dad makes you an exception or not, but we will find out soon I guess.” He leans back in the seat, eye closed and a soft smile on his face. It’s good to see him relaxed and happy again. I was a little worried for a while there after Justin.“Wills and I will find a way, she will put him back in his place I have no doubt, has been humouring him enough and is at the end of her patience if I read her last text correctly.” I chuckle and I will really enjoy watching the show down when it happens. My Wills is easy going and relaxed about just about everything, until she’s not and then she’s all fire and sarcasm. Zale has had some small tastes of that but has yet to see her in full

“Wills please.”“Zale, you know you’re being irrational right now, you’ve said it yourself. We have tried it your way for the past two days and have only left the room once. Now we need to try it my way. Sit on the couch for me and I will give you a reward.” He stares at me looking totally dejected. I’m not about to reject him over something he is struggling to control but I’m also not about to him wallow in it with him either. He’s feeling guilty about what happened, I saw it in his eyes when Anders calls to get my version of events. He feels like he failed me. “Zale sit on the couch please.”He huffs, runs a hand through his hair tousling it further. I haven’t told him yet, but I prefer it like this to being styled. Then slowly, carefully sits down on the couch in front of me, his hand resting on his knees like he’s sitting for a school photo and I’m his teacher. He looks up at me with his wounded puppy dog eyes and give him a soft smile and walk to him.I stand in front of him for a

“He does and despite the ethically grey conundrum this has him in as an officer of the law he has decided to view this as a jurisdictional boundary issue in that it is not his jurisdiction and another enforcement agency has taken over. We are allowing him to continue to observe the proceedings as a professional courtesy.” Anders response is barely discernible at first as he finishes the last bite of his burger and uses his napkin to wipe his hands clean.“That’s very, reasonable of him and you.” Conall says, taking a swig of his soft drink, his eyes moving back to me and giving a subtly shake of his head to say don’t push it.Damn it.He’s basically telling me that I will not be able to convince Wills to not want to talk to them. Which also means if I say no, she will find a way around me. That way is probably going to be through Finn somehow – and I will not let that happen. Thomas just gave her the answer she was looking for, like any Gamma should, without knowing it. I guess he also

“Would you please sit with me.”“I guess the walk outside helped.” I smirk, taking his hand and wiggling into the space beside him. He kisses my temple and cuddles me in close to him while GeGe makes the call from her phone, staying seated beside Dad.She puts it on speaker and the phone rings twice before Pops picks up. “Sera, love?”“Hello my mate, everything is fine now, settling down nicely. I’m here with Zale and Willow, his Beta, Conall and Thomas. Zale would like to have that formal chat now.” She grins at him, wiggling her eyebrows, and then turns the phone to face us.“Hi Pops.” I wave, when I see his face on the screen.“Willow my girl. Are you healed?” He asks, leaning closer to the screen as GeGe props it against a cup on the coffee table.“Not a scratch Pops, promise.” I reply waving his concern off.Zale sits forward a little, keeping one arm around me and the other takes my hand, clearing his throat a few times nervously. “Alpha Gerald, Luna Seraphina, Beta Conall, Gamm

“You mean my ‘Mr sexy ‘voice?” I tease.“What? How?” The surprised expression on her face, coupled with the realisation and tinge of embarrassment a few seconds later has me barking a loud laugh. “Oh, you bastard”It was worth it.“When did you find out about that?” She asks, her hands covering her eyes.“I knew within an hour of you saying it.” I grin and she lifts a hand to look at me.“Fucking Anders and his scouts. It wasn’t Rodrigues was it?” She complains and untangles herself from me. Walking to the bathroom, I follow close behind, still wary of leaving her on her own.“Yep and yep.” I state, leaning against the door frame as she runs water in the sink, tying her hair back and splashing her face. I grab a towel and step in, wiping her face gently when she stands up again. “You like my voice huh?”“Well, I can’t say no, you have evidence to the contrary, don’t you?” She sasses and wraps an arm around my waist, leaning her head back to look up at me. I lean down, kissing each eye
