Olivia's POV Swallowing hard, I managed a faint smile. She stepped closer, her eyes narrowing as she tilted her head like a curious bird. “Are you feeling sick?” she asked, reaching for my forehead, but I dodged slightly. “I’m fine,” I whispered, about to step out, when her hand pulled me back. “You can’t deceive me, Liv. What’s wrong? Do you need to see a doctor? Maybe you're having food poisoning, wait let me get the doctor.” she pressed, about to reach the door, but I cleared my throat. Walking closer, “It’s not that. I promise I’m fine.” Damn, I should have told her I was pregnant, yet the words weighed heavily on my lips. She stared at me for a brief moment before she finally exhaled. “Alright, if you insist, but don’t think I’ll sit idle if you vomit again,” she said with a stern look. I forced a chuckle and nodded. “Come on, let’s go.” She clasped my hand and guided me out. Christian’s gaze locked on me. “Are you alright?” he asked, worry flickering in his eyes.
