Punished by Husband, Forced by Biker Daddies のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 81 - チャプター 90

Betty's POVI could hear beeping sounds around me. I opened my eyes and the first thing I noticed was the quiet sound of machines around me. Then the pain came rushing through now. My body hurt badly, especially my side and my head. It felt like something heavy had hit me all over again and it took me a few seconds to remember what even happened. The tournament was where it started. I was chased and ended up having an accident. I immediately froze a little when the memory came back fully. I almost died again. I slowly looked around the hospital room and then I saw them.Damon, Colt, and Blaze. All three of them were there. And surprisingly... they were asleep. Damon was sitting beside my bed with his arms folded while Blaze sat near the window with his head leaning back slightly. Colt was sleeping awkwardly on the couch looking completely exhausted. Just looking at them made something strange move in my chest. They looked really tired. It felt like they hadn't rested properly in a

Betty’s POVThe next few days felt strangely peaceful. I stayed home most of the time because the brothers refused to let me go anywhere alone after the accident. Damon increased security around the house immediately. There were guards outside almost every hour now and Blaze kept checking every window and door like somebody was about to attack us at any moment. At first I found it annoying. Then after some time, I slowly got used to it.I think nearly dying changes something in your brain because every time they hovered around me now, I didn’t feel angry the way I used to. I just felt safe. And maybe a little emotional too because I could see they were trying so hard not to fail me again.“You don’t need to follow me to the kitchen,” I complained one morning when Blaze followed behind me again.“You almost got hit by a truck three days ago,” he replied immediately. “You can survive me following you to the kitchen.”I rolled my eyes at him but I still smiled a little. They had become t

Betty’s POVThe atmosphere around the house changed again after the messages. Everybody was tense. The guards outside looked nervous whenever Damon walked past them and Blaze looked like he was one second away from killing somebody every time I saw him. Colt tried to act calmer around me, but I could still see the stress on his face. And now they were watching me even more closely than before. I couldn’t even go downstairs alone anymore without one of them following me. At first I tried not to complain because I knew they were worried about me. But after almost two days of feeling trapped inside the house again, I was already getting frustrated.“You know I’m still capable of breathing on my own, right?” I asked when Blaze followed me into the kitchen again. He leaned against the counter with his arms crossed. “That’s debatable.”I stared at him.“You’re annoying.”“You attract trouble.”“That’s not my fault.”“You literally tried to run away during a biker tournament and nearly died.

Betty’s POV“Nina?”The moment Blaze said her name, my heart dropped.“What do you mean she’s gone?” I asked, standing too fast from the bed.Blaze grabbed my arm before I lost balance. “Careful.”I ignored that immediately. “What happened to Nina?”Blaze already looked frustrated. “Rocco said she left the apartment earlier tonight after getting a strange phone call and never came back.”Fear crawled into my chest instantly. “No. Nina wouldn’t just disappear without saying anything.”“That’s exactly what Rocco said.”I grabbed my phone and dialed Nina’s number immediately. It rang for a few seconds before suddenly going dead. My stomach twisted painfully. Something was wrong. Blaze was already texting Damon and Colt while I kept trying Nina’s number over and over like maybe this time she would answer. Nothing.“We need to go find her.”“We are.”“No, I mean now.”Blaze gently grabbed my shoulders before I could start pacing. “Damon and Colt are already moving people around. Relax.”“H

Betty’s POVRocco looked ready to lose his mind. He shoved past Blaze immediately, but Blaze grabbed his arm before he could rush outside.“I’m going there.”“You’re not going alone,” Damon said quickly. “Don't you understand it's dangerous for you to go there at this time? Don't you know that you might not come back alive?”“I don’t care!”“You should,” Blaze snapped. “If this is a trap and you run in there angry, you’ll get yourself killed too.”Rocco looked like he wanted to punch somebody. His chest was rising heavily and his eyes were glowing faintly already.“What if she’s lying there hurt right now?” he shouted. “What if we’re wasting time?”“We’re already searching,” Damon replied firmly. “Losing control won’t help Nina.”“Nina is my best friend and even though I don't agree with not going to look for her, but I don't think she would be happy if you lost your life because of her. I don't want my friend to stay guilty for the rest of her life so you should better listen to them
